The web developer might have a great extent of misunderstanding of a 'family trip'. As after I have selected a family trip, it it simply added 3 NIGHT CLUBS in a row to my itinerary on Day 1 starting from 10am. I understand that's where your profit comes from. But it is absolutely disgusting. And when click the email to unsubscribe, the unsubscribe button was fake. it won't subscribe you at all.

We used their services to plan a girls’ trip to Vietnam and it was a disaster. An additional star is only because we were given good hotels in each city Avoid if possible. Edited to add: no one has reached out to me and more than 24-48 hours have passed. Also, bold to assume I will have another travel experience with such people

I wrote this same review long time back and you deleted. So, I'm posting again. One of your supplier by name Sumit contacted me to work on a thin content as a freelancer to give write ups for places in the attached Excel. I wasn't interested to take on, but he insisted telling me please help, its a priority, I might loose client all this stories. I took it, since they didn't give me any proper instructions, I sent samples to verify and he said all is fine, please proceed. I still didn't trust them, and i said I will not work more. They still pleaded me saying we will loose client and all stories. After making me spend two days of time, once they got my complete document, they started complaining that the quality is not good and all issues. And finally no money will be paid. I told them, its perfectly fine to not pay the money. I didn't demand too. But I'm writing this to you, because they should not keep doing this to everyone. I have the proofs if you need. I wrote an email to you long time back and your company never responded. Please make sure you are choosing suppliers who are genuine.

Be very careful with this site There is a part of this company that hires people to supply five stars to all of the different vendors to boost their ratings. They then ask these people to input huge amounts of money and then don't follow through with their promise. They are using Newton crypto and Google Authenticator as platforms to run their Scamp. So if you go on to trip hobo and see all these good ratings it is only because they are paying people to boost the ratings. Beware of this company and anything associated with it. Very satisfactory experience. Prompt and efficient response. Over all cost effective, responsive and empathetic service. Our coordinator for the travel to Azerbaijan was Arundhati who was really helpful with arranging our hotel booking and activities for the trip. Was amazing how she was helping and went to lengths to help us with modifying the trip when needed and with all back and forth in communication to make our trip hassle free. Our driver Mr Vugar did his best to make our trip as exhaustive and comfortable as possible in the limited time that we had. He was extremely well mannered and warm and became almost like a family member. Our most sincere appreciation for his always smiling and pleasant demeanours. Thanks and Good wishes.

We basically live in Germany but whenever we come back to our home country (India) for vacation, we always struggle to plan our travel within Asia. We had a very good experience while booking our Maldives trip with TripHobo. Our interaction with the travel experts was very good. All the details were explained properly and package was selected as per our budget. Price of the package - was within our budget. Itinerary and sightseeing activities in the package - we got to do few activities from our package and we couldn't do few due to heavy rains. Best place for work .

We booked a Thailand tour with Triphobo. Piyali was the one who looked after everything. We had such a well planned tour. There were no hiccups. The hotels selected by them turned out to be so so good. We loved the whole experience.

Not so user friendly.

Had a very bad experience with triphobo. Recently 4 girls planned a trip to kerala and had terrible experience. They make fake promises about the quality of the hotel and the pick ups. When we call them they don’t even respond. PLEASE DO NO PLAN ANY TRIP WITH THEM

We planned our Kerala tour with TRIPHOBO and the services were top notch. The vehicle booked for our entire trip was well maintained and the driver helped us whenever it was necessary. I was not feeling well on the day of arrival due to weather change and the driver took us to the hospital spoke in their local language with the hospital staff and assisted us back to the hotel after check up at 8 pm. The hotels booked KTDC Tea County, KTDC Aranya Nivas and Whispering Palms were amazing with superb views. The food served during the breakfast was also good.
