Exceptional customer care service. From the moment you walk in through the gate to the main office, the staff attend to your concerns with utmost care and professionalism. Mrs Rosemary was very helpful and lovely, and the manager (a lady) was also very helpful and observant.

Can be crowded sometimes, but if you go there pretty early, you are sure to finish whatever you had in mind going there and there customer care attendants are super nice, I mean really nice, they would literally go out of their way to explain and clarify something to you... I loved it 💥

The MTN Asaba regional office is well secured and guided. The location also include MTN switch which other telecom companies use to colocate their servers and other equipments

The place is very nice but some of the workers are impatient with their customers. I practically wanted to shout the other day until someone else attended to me. Also to get inside u need to join a long queue or come very early
