    Houses are not too similar to each other, it's too quiet and transport is not easily accessible. Utilities is great, water service and electricity is rather constant. Food markets are close by and you can always get groceries

    The flats are ok and it has a spacious compound, it is located in kind of a remote area, with bad roads leading to it.
