The
best
gym
there
is
in
Lagos.
Once
you
are
a
member,
you
can
work
out
at
any
location.
I
go
to
the
one
in
Agungi
and
sometimes
the
one
at
Campbell
street.
The
staff
especially
at
Campbell
street
are
one
in
a
million.
Very
professional
and
courteous.
They
are
always
there
to
help.
The
gym
is
always
clean
and
well
airated.
The
gym
members
and
staff
at
Agungi
branch
are
a
family.
They
are
so
close
knitted
you
may
not
know
who
the
instructor
is
except
he/she
wears
ifitness
t-shirt.
Abu
and
Emeka-thumbs
up
to
you
guys.
The
classes
every
week
are
amazing.
There
are
different
ones
to
work
on
and
tone
the
different
muscles
of
your
body.
We
have
tabata,
spinning,
aerobics,
circuit
training
just
name
it.
On
Tuesdays,
we
have
dance
class
after
aerobics.
Cant
remember
the
name
of
the
trainer
but
we
are
currently
doing
the
bokwa
dance.🙂
Interesting
I
must
say.
I
also
went
for
Aqua
aerobics
once.
After
the
exercise,
I
slept
like
a
baby
for
the
whole
day.
They
put
measures
in
place
to
reduce/eradicate
the
spread
of
covid.
There
are
hand
sanitizer
by
every
door,
wipes
to
clean
all
instruments
used,
sprays
for
the
mats
and
signs
everywhere
once
you
enter.
You
also
have
to
pre
book
your
class
so
there
wont
be
too
many
people
at
the
gym
at
once.
The
price.....shikini
money
for
the
value
you
get.
Ifitness
is
affordable
and
pocket
friendly.
If
you
want
a
personal
coach,
you
pay
a
little
extra.
There
are
also
swimming
lessons
which
is
a
different
fee
also
pocket
friendly.
It
is
worth
every
Kobo
you
spend.
They
added
some
branches.
The
one
at
Jakande
is
amazeballs!!!
