Poor customer service,no concern for customers struggling on long queues... grumpy staffs. I wanted to upgrade my sim,but it seems i'll have to live with my problem till i can find a better center. So appalling

Rated 0.0001. If mosts of this staff really know their customer really is in person. They should at least be careful to treat people cautiously and kindly. Faces and tables have been avoided because of character deficiency. I also know time to time how customers could be frustrating at times. Yet diplomacy and tactfulness should be a tool for sorting such issues

Customer service was great. Had to register a new SIM and they helped me do this in minutes.

The head office of the one ot the biggest telecommunications company (MTN) in Awka. It located along the Nnamdi Azikiwe Avenue, very close to Nkwo Amaenyi Market. They help in SIM card purchase, registration and everything that has to do with MTN network. My experience there was a beautiful one. Swift service and very good customer service. They have polite staff too. Kudos. The only problem is their office space is so small.

Mostly, on the outside, you write name according to how you come but they hardly follow the list instead lots of favouritism. They attend to people that they know more than they list. They really need to work on that by calling in people the way they come, they can do number tally for customers, give it to them accordingly,

You guys working ethics and system here is very terrible, just imagine I've been here for more than seven times now(mtn office amaenyi awka anambra state) for mtn Sim swap, I also pleaded with them considering how f where am from is, they still didn't do my registration for me

The lady who attended to me was wonderful. I love her customer service.
