Coldstone creamery Awka is way too awkward compared to that of Abuja,with very lousy staffs always playing around while mixing your ice cream. Secondly,their ice cream size in Awka is always very small compared to that of Abuja.

This a nice and much needed place in Awka. But I think there has been a massive drop in performance and service offered by staff of the Awka creamery. Too much truancy and lack of a defined hierarchy has led to me and my colleagues preferring to go to Asaba than come and be insulted by uncot (ladies especially) personnel. And I think if nothing is done about it,they'll end up running down the establishment

This place is top notch when it comes to security and cleanliness. Price of pizza,chicken wigs,sharwama and the cold stone ice cream is quite on a top level. The lowest pizza you can get is #4500. And the largest depends #8,000upward. The icecreams varies from #2500-9000k. There is well ventilated AC condition and top high seat with high tables. Although there is no much seat out for many people especially on occasion days or weekends. The place is more free at weekdays. There is a t.v display for awaiting pizza period. That's visible even from the farthest distance within the building. Customer service is quite top once it comes to receiving orders but attention for giving orders is quite on a scale of 5/10. Last the place worth going and spending if you have alot. NB: IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF ONIONS STAY OFF THEIR SHARWARMA AND SUYA PIZZA,thank you...lol.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and we were just a few customers there. The staff was very rowdy and noisy. It was absolutely worse than a market place. They had no respect for the customers and just kept on making noise. Staff should be cautioned

It was serene and fun....the time spent there was to die for. The staffs were accommodating and friendly too. I enjoyed the rendition they made too. It worth spending money and relaxing.

There is a wide range of available flavors and a pizza spot close by. The furnishings and general aesthetics are calming. Service can be a tad slow and it's almost like they don't put in full scoops for bigger cups. All in all, the environment is chill.

There are two companies in one building (Domino’s Pizza & Cold stone creamery) Both of them have very Nice, friendly staff. Clean surroundings and serene environment. There’s not too many seats available on their busy days but They offer delivery services. Loved my visit!

Prices are higher than prices in akwa than other Coldstone which is not cool
