They have excellent customer service and I had facials done there. It's was so relaxing and I felt so comfortable. The lady was gentle and extremely nice. I will still go back for a massage because that's how much I loved their service.

Equipments aren't so great

The gym is a good one but the they do not have enough space for many activities. Although it was a thrilling experience and the instructor is very professional. Their facilities are also good. The subscription fee is not that expensive. It is easily accessible from both Ojota end and Ogudu of the road.

A nice place. Got a spa and the gym. I hope to visit the Spa one of these days

Nice place ..... Very friendly trainers and also very good at there jobs, 2 days into my workout and I have to take a pause for two days the pain was extreme which is actually a very good sign They could work on adding more equipments tho And it gets crowded at times, which is a good thing if u like working out with people but if you love your personal space it could get difficult Other than these nice spot

Good gym, quite affordable

Nice place to work out. However, it's not the best when it comes to space. Everyone keeps walking over the other. Great instructor I must say too. First time working out there too so I might revisit this review after spending a month with them.
