As a Traveller I can tell you for free that this is one of the best hotels I have visited in Nigeria. The manager was so responsive. Very well mannered and cultured staff. Nice food. Beautiful environment, cozy and lively atmosphere. Beautiful poolside, fantastic rooftop. Topnotch security. Nice restaurant. Very neat rooms. In fact, excellent services overall.

The location of this hotel is what makes it stand out. It is one of the structures you’d see while driving along the Onitsha-Enugu expressway by kwata. The hotel environment is very neat, calm and serene. The privacy here is top notch as you’re not even allowed to take pictures in the premises. It sounded strange to me when I was told but well, it’s their policy. One thing you should try out here is their spa services, very amazing you’d love it.

The service of the hotel was top-notch. The breakfast buffet selection changes every day, which is a welcomed development. The only downside is that the staffs are not quick to respond when things like towels and soaps are needed. All and all, I will recommend MaxBe Hotel.

A very expensive hotel with good services

Had a very unpleasant experience at the reception. We actually walked in without reservation and worthy to note that hotels in Awka were almost all fully booked. Week of the New Year. The receptionist announced the availability of only Signature Rooms, 100k and we were willing to check it out. Bell Boy showed us around and we confirmed willingness to pay. Came down and another guest was filling form to pay for same room. The receptionist announces room unavailable. It's very embarrassing. A room we had briefly lounged at! They lied in so many ways. I felt the non professionalism. Acted like petrol attendants during fuel scarcity. Maxbe was the icing on my bad day, having lost 2 tyres to Naija bad roads earlier. But I wasn't broken. We were later informed outside that a guest who witnessed the moment offered to move to a smaller room to accommodate my family. Thanks to the anonymous guy. Settled in and placed calls to order water and beer. Neither the Bar, restaurant, nor Reception was answering calls, repeatedly. Appalling. When reception answered, promised to direct my request, it took 2 hrs to have water and beer sent to my room. The service guy came back and woke me up past midnight to collect payment. Gosh! Management, train ya people o! Everyday no be season.

I know this hotel, its location on the map is now accurate👍, it has been pinned in the right place too. it is located somewhere off Enugu/onitsha expressway, if you are going to Ngozika Estates. There's no doubt that you are going to love this place.🤗 Your arrival on this place will be like 'wow'. I called it a 'senior home'🏰on my first visit... lols.😀 it is a very beautiful hotel and also a new hotel. it has not existed up to 5yrs as of the time of this post.

Maxbe is a beautiful and exotic hotel, that could almost qualify as a five-star hotel. The rooms aren't cheap, likewise their services but their rooms are beautiful, fully air-conditioned and equipped.

I only pass through this place. I was in this area to carry out property valuation. But from the look of things, it will really be a nice place to be if you are coming in to Awka. It's just located along Enugu Onitsha expressway
