They are good in their service, have a neat and conducive environment and almost every staff you encounter is friendly and helpful. They are faster in loading and more crowded in the morning hours. But once it's past 12pm, it takes a long time to even fill up one bus as most passengers would be gone by then.

For what it's worth.. If this transport company is the only one going to my destination, I would not travel. I've given them 3 shots and they've failed me each time. Their park in Lagos Abuja Even Awka Disorganized No AC buses yet you pay for them They've even abandoned me and other passengers in the middle of the road. Their customer care is never reachable. Your complains ignored. Drivers are rude. They even fight in their parks.

Not as big as other PMT parks I've seen. The environment is neat and the coordination is commendable. Diligent drivers and friendly staffs. The common buses travel to Nsukka and Enugu, but very few buses travel to Lagos and Abuja during the time I visited. Just like other PMT parks, they are yet to advance online bookings and seat reservations. The park is a bit hard to spot, depending on the direction in which you came. The buses are affordable and sometimes you're not charged for your load except it takes a lot of space. The buses are in good condition and the drivers drive very carefully. There's need for more improvement!

PEACE MASS TRANSIT, UNIZIK Junction Awka, is the worst PMT Park I have ever boarded from not because of the facility or the Buses but due to the insensitive attitudes of the selfish drivers and loaders. They trickishly kept us waiting for more than 2 hours because someone called that he is bringing waybill. The management should look into this.

One of the transport company in Awka for those going to Enugu, Nsukka, Lagos and Abuja. The management of the company really needs to do better with the company. It's services is no longer top tier as it used to be years ago. The park is always neat, Its located at the famous temp-site junction in Awka

The drivers and the loaders join hands together to ask passengers to pay for their luggage😏I watched this young girl pay 500 for a little plastic box and I was wondering what the the trunk of the car is meant for? I paid for double seat just to get my extra luggage on it and these guys still asked me to pay them a sum of 1,000 naira for loading😑 They use waybill to fill the trunk of the car so they can get heavy money from those sending the waybill and end up tying luggages😑they also tie waybill inside of the car☹️ After extorting money from passengers, the driver and the loader ended up struggling on how to share the money they extorted from some passengers while passengers were seated in heat in bus waiting for the fully loaded vehicle to move. They don’t even care if you get angry about their extortion and try to leave, they just care about their pockets! The drivers and loaders should do better because they contribute 70% in damaging the bus because of waybills they collect and tire inside and behind the vehicle seats and they also contribute in the bad name the company gets! Everyone in the vehicle was just complaining which is not nice🤦‍♀️ I just encountered a whole lot but I will stop here.

Trusted transit but wastes a lot time before departure. Not good for emergency movements.

Giving this a 1 star cause I don't have a choice but the courier office is nothing annoying. Sent out parcels on two different occasions and I've had one delivered to a different location while the second was sent out to be received late by the receiver. No communication at all. And the staff, well, rude is an understatement to define them.

Its a quite medium size compound and a one storey with bold print of peacemass. The building is white in colour and first transport building you will see once you drop at Unizik junction. If you are coming from onitsha direction. Prices varies based on season and customers. Currently price to Lagos is 25k upward depending . They travel to lagos, enugu etc..... Some movie production has use them in their movies to show how reliable.

The online booking rarely works. I was extremely disappointed when the ticket office said they weren't aware of my booking online. Anyway their refund process was easy.

From here, you can get buses going to different part of the country (like Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, etc,). More especially it is a wonderful transport company with well coordinated staffs...

Peace mass transit is good, especially their prompt delivery service but they should work on packaging their parcels well because the last time my package spilled and my customer was not happy.

Their services of recent are annoying. Most of their drivers are abusive to passengers. Most generally, I don't enjoy their services anymore. They need competitors like Onitsha South mass transit, eastern mass transit and others in a place like Nsukka.
