Worse saree pre pleating experience. I had visited this facility on Aug 28th and was promised pre pleating service while i was getting my facial done. I spent about 2 hrs there and what i got pre pleated is crumbled saree, that i now have to re-iron and pleat again. I spent close to 10k that day and i wish the beautician had not over promised but set correct expectations. I was in rush for an appointment but Hema promised me pedicure, manicure, facial and pre pleating.. the total time sownt on my manicure and pedicure was leas than 10 mins and the saree is completely squished. I wish they inform the clients on actual time it would take and set realistic expectations, so clients can chose to opt for service or not. I feel robbed and will not go in ever again to this place again. Totally dissatisfied! I wish i had a refund for this poor service! Plz say No if u cannot keep up and do justice to ur work. Dont rob innocent clients

Well, I received a Wonderful service from my Hair Stylist (Maheshwari). This is the second time I’m getting my hair-coloured by her and that means I’m totally satisfied with her work🤩 Would highly recommend her for anyone who’s looking for a great and friendly service! Thank You Again 🙏🏼
