I had a rather disappointing experience at this salon recently. Despite calling in advance for an appointment, the staff seemed rushed and eager to complete the service quickly. Despite booking a head massage for myself and my daughter, we were both left unsatisfied. The senior stylist refused to provide me with a full massage, citing a recent C-section, which was unnecessary as I only requested a back and shoulder massage. Additionally, my daughter was charged the full price for a hair oil massage, yet barely received five minutes of attention, with minimal oil applied. Throughout the service, instead of focusing on our needs, the staff attempted to upsell their services by pointing out perceived flaws in my appearance, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite being a regular customer, I left the salon feeling disheartened and undervalued. As someone who had previously left a positive review for this salon, I'm now completely dissatisfied with their service. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this salon and cannot recommend it to anyone else."

Guy doesn't even know the difference between trim and short! Got a buzz cut instead of a slight trim! This guy messed up the hair line and said "One month varaikum vara venam". I would like to say " Nan epovumey anga varamten". Getting people who at least knows a common language would be better.
