Visited this project today on 15 Nov 2020, they have promised to deliver it in 30 months from today. Bookings start this year December. I have visited many other projects like Casa Grande, Shriram, altis, etc., Finally I am going with TVS for the following reasons. They leave minimum 60% of space open, this will ensure that no other construction nearby can block your sunlight or air. UDS is around 60% of your selected property sqft. They provide around 3kw of solar energy to each property which could give you anywhere around 120 units of electricity depending on the sun. They maintain a limit on no.of floors and properties unlike others where they build high raises with so many flats. No maintenance for 5 years which is not provided by anyone else. They are very transparent and will show you all the approvals. Will keep updating the post as and when I receive new updates.

Dear Potential Buyers, Primafacie, dont judge the quality or finishes or customer handling or internal process which they follow for real estate just by the brand name. We, majority Customers of Peninsula are facing serious concerns as regards to many aspects. Better to assume that you will get an alternate look wrt to model house interms of brand selection, choice of tiles, choice of doors & handles every single thing will vary. They will come with the disclaimer clause as excuse and you will be amazed even to get such replies from CEO's desk. Be wavy of ceiling heights or the balcony sizes. In the name of elevation they change everything. Sales team would never guide you or inform you about this because they are also not aware. They don't know what is being sold. i can attach all communications and response would give you a fair idea how are being dealt. have presented all the comparisons wrt original looks. you will not be allowed to visit. by the time all damages done overall a very bad feel under TVS brand name. Just to caution who would understand the reviews and do duly diligence. definitely not for the ones of our past kind who just believed brand. Not anymore though.

I wanted to find a place for myself and my family somewhere that has classy amenities. I stumbled upon TVS Emerald Peninsula online and called their team to book an appointment to visit. I must say I am impressed with the site and floor planning. Really good project and meets my expectations.

Rest is never assured when the entire team says rest is assured.. The best model is used as the model house and that entire extended balcony will have a twist in itself. Always a company centric approach. Never thought a brand like Tvs behave like this. I should say I have lost the interest in the project. It’s like going to a place with lots of expectation and later making one mumble. I suggest not to waste time and energy . They have chosen best of spot in their previous project and upcoming project that’s their prime and foremost plus other than that it’s nothing. Better be mindful.

It was a good experience. Staff were courteous to take us around...and explain. It will be nice if project updates and photos are reflected in the website as on date...

Great day to be with them explained really well. Total satisfaction with happiness and joy we are prepared for the good buying of the flats for both my daughters. We like their hospitality and well groomed , felt like home. Good luck

The apartment has come out really well. The facilities which was told to us at the time of sales were met. Overall we are satisfied with the construction
