Mixed Experience at the Hospital Canteen I recently had the opportunity to dine at the hospital canteen and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, I found the canteen's food to be simple and satisfying. The flavors were good, and the variety of options offered something for everyone. However, I must express my concern regarding the hygiene standards at the canteen. One noticeable issue was the cleanliness of the plates provided. On multiple occasions, I received plates that appeared to be inadequately washed, with remnants of food and grime still visible. This raised questions about the overall sanitation practices in the canteen. Another problem I encountered was the handling of waste materials. It was observed that plates and leftover food were often left unwashed for an extended period after patrons had finished their meals. Consequently, by the time the cleaning process commenced, the waste materials had already started to spoil. Moreover, the washing process seemed to be rushed and done with limited water, resulting in subpar cleanliness and hygiene. One particularly disconcerting incident was when I was served a plate with visible traces of light gray water. This understandably raised suspicions about the quality of water being used for cleaning and washing purposes. Unfortunately, my concerns seemed to be validated when I developed an infection within two days after eating at the canteen. In conclusion, my experience at the hospital canteen was a mix of positives and negatives. While the food itself was satisfying, the questionable hygiene practices and lack of proper cleaning procedures are areas that need significant improvement. Ensuring that plates are thoroughly washed, waste materials are promptly attended to, and a higher standard of cleanliness is maintained will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience and prevent potential health risks for patrons.

A Frustrating Experience at New Hope Hospital From the very beginning, it was evident that the hospital's primary concern was financial gain. Before addressing the concerns of my father's medical condition, the staff seemed more interested in inquiring about our insurance coverage and the sum insured. This initial focus on finances instead of patient care left a sour taste in our mouths, suggesting that their primary objective was to maximize their revenue. The staff's attitude was shockingly rude and unsympathetic. We encountered hospital insurance staff who seemed disinterested in helping us and lacked even a modicum of empathy. They provided minimal information and acted as though they were doing us a favor by allowing my father to receive medical care at their facility. This callous and dismissive behavior added an unnecessary layer of stress and frustration to an already difficult situation. Throughout my father's admission and treatment, it became increasingly clear that the hospital was more interested in profit than patient welfare. Every test, procedure, and medication appeared to be excessively costly, and it was difficult to ascertain the necessity of some of the services they recommended. It felt as though they were taking advantage of our vulnerability to extract as much money as possible from us. When the final bill arrived, it was an unwelcome shock. The charges were exorbitant and included numerous items and services that appeared excessive and unjustified. It was abundantly clear that the hospital had little regard for the financial well-being of its patients and was solely focused on its bottom line.

Doctors are really good.. because of staff's and nurses hospital named spoiled outside.. Not giving all the diagnosis report while discharging. Again and again we need to call and follow up. Worst infrastructure. We need to close the patient IV set and if we are informing them that patient has fever, the nurses never bother. I asked for thermometer to check ourselves they never responded. Doctors giving instructions to the nurses but they are not all following. But giving lecture to us about hospital protocols. Till now they didn't gave the diet chart for us. This rating too only for Doctors

Take my advice. This hospital is really scam, right from medical bills, scans, Lab testing, Doctor fees, nurse fees, medical supervision fees all are hidden secret, you get to know these bills only at the discharge. I had asked for a break up on the 3rd day for the charges, but they did not provide to me. Most Importantly, the NURSES are very poor, meaning they are hired for a lower pay so their quality of approach and service too is lacking. Their behavior and sincerity is very lacking. The canteen is not neat and clean, so is the quality of food. The sweeper ladies and cleaners look for money ie., bride in all the intentions while they come inside our cabins. I purchased 2 days medicine in their pharmacy on the discharge last day, the bill was Rs.260,the rest of the medicines I purchased at MedPlus for 7 days, the same brand and medicine I got for Rs. 360 only. I was shocked how this could happened? But the hospital do not allow buying medicine from outside and we should buy only from them. Finally the Doctors are ok, they respond to our queries and atleast I got this for big price though. I would NOT recommend people to go this Money minded hospital, better find govt hospital on paid service or any other hospitals.

Took my son straight from school since he sprained his leg as an emergency case... An xray was prescribed but I was told that neither a report nor a film will be given... Collected a good money for that but refused to provide a stamp on the bill with the dr's name and registration no. on it...i said my insurance company requires the stamp but they refused it till the end... Also the dr's prescription doesn't have them too... Puzzling... What are they trying to evade??

About Doctor Rajesh, Wow, what a man he is…, amazing, I have ever seen like this doctor so much better for treatment. He is very polite, very humble and gentleman. He treats my dad like family members. I am really very satisfied. About Hospital, This hospital is very much better treatment for Pvt centres. But, the management needs little bit corrections. Parking: First they don’t have proper idea for parking, otherwise securities are good for my think. Sometime their behavior is rude due to opponent reaction. I accepted their service. Pharmacy: Very worst staffs are there in pharmacy, they not do to their work, they only eating, eating, eating, eating and laughing more. Dr. Jaison immediately seen and adviced to sisters, Dr. Jaison was very helpful us. We also treated and admitted in many hospitals, but Dr. Jaison told me what is the exact problem and how to solve it. Surely hands-off to Dr. Jaison. My brother ask more questions, but dr did not irritated, told me reasonable answer and his behavior is very very good. We are all stratified. My dad shifted to 1st floor, and New Hope treatment is very utmost satisfaction. My dad fully recovered. On discharged day nurses are very care to my father’s health. The expenses are very cheaper than other pvt hospital. In billing counter we ask about claiming, suddenly they called insurance, within 5 minutes the insurance person come and guide me properly and madam gives that number and told if any help we are ready serve you sir. Wow I am surprises it. Very thanks to new hope and Dr. Rajesh sir. Need man power for working. Sisters are not eating their Tiffin, lunch, dinner in the correct time. And one think I noted, only as come at morning time in pink dress lady, Oh my god, they sought staffs in very very local language in front of attenders and patient. We know that the sisters are 100% not sleeping in night time, they are all super responsible sisters, but the lady behaviors are very worst. And one more thinks I see two to three times, ground floor is very busy, at that time the ping sister go to the room and simply sit in the chair. In, that times this sister only help to emergency ward but on time she close the door and simply give the key to one sister and told to keep the key to reception. And also in the busy time that sister goes to reception and keeps that key. Sisters are very grateful working women. New Hope Staff Nurses are angles. Nurses are not monitoring sick patients. If drips/ insulin gets over the nurses are not changing it to new one and if we call the nurse to change it no one is responding it... There is no timely review and care at all and no incharges came to visit the patient.. The worst thing is the nurse working there does not even know how to check blood pressure and pulse.. Hi I am Ganeshkumar I have undergone a ACL tear operation 6 years back but now I got pain in the spot so I was suggested for IFT treatment so New hope is near to me and my friend refered the Physio Ms.SHALINI who is working in this hospital.But while I met her she was looking young so I was doubting her experiance but I am telling u she is really experienced because I am having a screw in my operated spot so she told it's not advisable to do IFT as the screw or some muscle may get damage.She is great in her work too doing the work so sincerely,in hospital their was no separate room for physio but she created a room to do wax therapy.

Doctors and Treatment are good but the Nurses are Talk only local Language not speak other languages than their local language even they don't understand other languages like Hindi, English . Facing many language problems to communicate.

Recently i have undergone laproscopy surgery in this hospital and they treated me well before and after the surgery. Duty doctors and nurse are so responsible and caring especially housekeeping are constantly cleaning the room and rest room. I was under the insurance so I don't know about the cost, but my overall three days stay and experience is very good and my doctor Dr. Aro Shime Hercules is best.

I went to this hospital for my mother illness.at first i went to casualty the behaviour of sister is too rude.those nurses didnt look after us properly after a day we shifted to general ward.even the ward nurses are also didnt see us properly they are not well trained nurses.they talking in there standing place and always talking very loudly not even dont know how to be silence in the hospital.so those nurses incharge also very poor in qualification and incharge should take care of those things.so management should take well trained nurses and especially nurses incharge also.because they hiring poor educated nurses.after im coming to pharmacy peoples also very rude and waiting for long time for a medicine even in emergency suituation also.reception peoples not even responding.
