SRI KRISHNA SUPER BAZAAR ECR is very good and very good staff I like it

THE ABSOLUTE WORST reliance store I have walked into period. One day they take only cash in the counter, one day they take only gpay and card payments. All the counter are open NEVER and only one or max 2 counters will be open at any point of time. If you don't check your bill total they may sneak in double billing of a single item raising the total discreetly. If you paid bill without checking the total they won't refund the additional money in the bill back to you rather will try to con you into getting it back as points or they guilt trip you that the billing employees salary will be deducted if you want your cash back. Such pathetic blackmail-esque practices. Never have I ever faced such pathetic response from a reliance store throughout India.

Vegetables or fruits may not be the best option if you go in the evening. They are currently making the place look better, a month back it was very shabby, being the only store I frequent, thought this is how they maintain all outlets. Phoenix store was a different story, neatly maintained, atleast when I went there. You get a lot of discounts, but different products, maybe cheaper in some other chains. The people manning are friendly. Currently Diwali sweets are getting displayed. Stainless steel may not be rustproof here, it is very shocking when they have rusted stainless steel utensils on display sporting a discount. Last but not least, you may get a good bargain for some items in clearance sale.

Horrible maintenance and the quality of the products make me question the quality control of the Reliance brand. Very understaffed , so called offers are never shown while billing as they conveniently tell that the offer is over. Also most of the staff seem to have a bad attitude.

Stocks will be less. Variants will not be there moreover the staffs are worst behavior. The aged person in the bill counter will shout all the customers . Wort behavior. Don't go there

Please keep sufficient changes in the bill counter.today i am waiting more than 15 minutes for the change.

No more than one counter in this corona period standing in line a risky buisness so I hope next time all counters are open

Felt like they are copying the Costco concept from USA. Customer service need to be improvised. Need more transparency in the offer details on dresses.

Only thing they need to improve is to remove the placard on the shelf on the first floor and the shopping trolley which says 50% off right next to the basement freezer or cash counter which has no proper bar code which misleads a lot in my case irrespective of morning noon n evening. After loading all we have to unload again leaving the items picked stating there is no bar code.

Nothing but an usual corporate supermarket. Has all the items which is required for daily needs and also comparatively at a lesser price than other stores in the market. But it is not a good place to buy fruits and vegetables and moreover it is better to support street vendors in terms of fruits and vegetables. Spacious and mostly all the items are available and the only thing is we have look into the expiry date before purchasing anything and should not go blind for the offers they provide.

I had very bad experience shopping at palavakkam smart bazar.The sales people are very bad at responding to customers and are not aware of any price of the products.They themselves are demanding us to speak to the store manager if they have any any issues with them.They are not even ready to listen what we are trying to ask.Very bad behaviour with the sales team especially two ladies who refused to say their name.Never to relience stores again. I will share this in maximum social media and advise people not to go.

Very worst service. No boxes no person to place in car even after buying about 10k. Money doesn't matter, but we r choosing supermarket for this kind of help only right? Concern department should look into it pl.

Worst behaviour of staff in bill counter , she is not able to give a explanation on wallet detection. This staff .. this is not my first worst conversation with her very bad 😡

If they call themselves a brand, they need to certainly run it in a way brands are supposed to run. Empty shelves, no staff except 2 cashiers and 1 temp helper, broken equipment. Visited first time today and surely the last as well. I will support local vendors.
