The sales persons in the showroom was very gentle even you are just visiting to enquire other than buying they will explain and show all products without any hesitation (i have experience in many other showrooms if you are there to enquire they won't in a mood to explain the things)

This showroom mis sells aged products and display pieces without communicating to customer. Better not to buy from here as you will not have warranty support. Worst experience buying a dining table from here in 2021 and it has started to deteriorate within a year.

Horrible experience. No lift. My dad had a tough time. When they delivered the almirah it was not the one we had selected. When I enquired why they had delivered the wrong one, they did not even had the courtesy to apologise. Please do not go to this showroom.

I have bought timberland sofa which was excellent look and material.The finishing was very good as the credit goes to godrej interio. Especially the executive vijay who explained about the product and the engineer from godrej who came for installation done a very good job. Only thing is the packing was poor and found teared in many areas at the time of delivery.

I purchased one beero 36k..Heart blast delivery with 17 days delivery time taken...lot of problems..main door not closed, painting issue,door noise,main lock problem.then they taken that product,again they delivered beero main door gap issue and inner door quality issue..after 60 days they gave my refund amount..pls don't go tejas with godrej..lot of own good manufacturer in Chennai,so go own manufacturer with acceptable price..

I've purchased a Godrej steel wardrobe from this showroom on 26 November 2023 costing around Rs.36000. I had it delivered only on 13 December 2023. It is really disappointing that even after such a long delayed delivery I'm not able to use the wardrobe because it hasn't been checked and installed by a technician till date (16.12.2023). In this regard, I've contacted the showroom several times, yet I got only lame responses. Such a poor customer service. Not recommended.
