Myself regular customer to this salon, in Mogappair West. They maintain very good ambience, has nice reception area, facilitate with good books and papers to read. They maintain appointments and honour them. Their service is excellent, including for kids. I recommend for others to avail service from this salon.

Nice haircut experience. The staff are really friendly and talkative. Staff could speak in English and Hindi, which is a plus point here. My haircut was done by Mr. Nazim. He cut my hair well.

Dhivya did a wonderful job for my facial cleanup , she has done the clean up very patiently and the massage was so relaxing 😌 staff are very polite and caring , environment is so clean and good

I took my wife for hair coloring and the hair dresser suggested color rica. They charged 3500. We bought color protect shampoo from Loreal and just after 2 washes the greys were visible from the roots. My wife cudnt do ant other hairstyle rather than ending up hiding the greys like she used to before coloring. Pathetic thing is, we visited again in just 10says all the way from Kundrathur to show them what had happened, after checking they said this happens to everyone 🙄 I cudnt believe my ears, in just 2 washes if the greys will be visible then why should we even bother to do hair coloring. They blamed the sweaty scalp and hairwash. They were not willing to take responsibility and neither compensate us. We have decided never to visit them and not to recommend to any of our friends in that locality. Absolute unprofessional and unethical way to doing business. Of course they'll pay for it.

Uma did a great job and took extra care to make sure I got the right services for my skin type. You can ask for her whenever you walk in and you will definitely have a great experience

The service was mediocre and I was charged extra. I realised it only after I checked my previous service charges as I was a regular customer at a Naturals salon in a different place in the same city. I availed the same services here, but was charged extra.

I tried facial and waxing here. Super satisfied with the service done by staff @deepa. She was gentle and polite while taking care of the service.

For my service uma has been appointed. Her service towards me is awesome. Never experienced such a service from an executive. Her way of approaching me is too polite and good.

Got organic spa pedi/mani done today by Divya.. really an excellent pedi mani tried so far.. Divya did a great work and the massage was just superb! Must try definitely will love it!
