Satisfied with the service they provided for us, we came for my aunt's surgery. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff and duty doctors were professional and kind. Especially the nurse Mrs.Nagomi did a great job who was taken care of my aunt with full care . Really thank you loads for the service provided

I had a chance to visit this hospital for my kid and service is good as expected. It would be nice if they keep small chair to wear slipper or shoe for kids or aged person. It is located near by drainage channel and how management will be taking care of this issue.

Money minded hospital, they are not there to serve people. within 3 days of fever itself, they ask you to go for blood test which would cost you around 2500 Rs, that's how doctor earn monthly salary. first day of fever itself we went for consultation, fever did not go off.. after 2 days again consulted the doctor, again 400 rs paid for the hospital. If you have money, then you can go there. I'm not sure how it will be if admitted. luckily friend suggested another docker in Velachery. No covid restrictions are followed. they may think that let people get more disease, they can get treatment here.

Very worst pediatrics hospital less than 2 mins consultation for every child. Dr. Raghu didn't even get to investigate and gave medicine for all the symptoms without proper checkup. I clearly mentioned my 4 month old has fever of 99, but it was a day ago. Current temperature recorded by the nurses were 98. He has prescribed paracetamol for 5 days irrespective of fever. He also prescribed ORS for dehydration for my infant. Breastfeeding baby has been prescribed for ORS. When I mentioned he passed 3 times motion in small quantities, he said it was Intestine infection and wrote down the medicine. I told the color, texture of the motion was as usual he didn't bother to listen and gave medicines for 5 days. No instructions about why these medicines and usage. Worst hospital and worst doctor Mr. Raghu. There are many ways to earn money but not under the pretense of doctors who save life's. This was suggested by a friend, I should have read the reviews before going there. Really money minded people including the pharmacy.

The hospital don’t have ICU and the people from hospital is only right for first Aid not for the complete treatment. I have admitted my kid for dengue, After two days they are asking to transfer the baby to egmore baby hospital. They are not caring about babies but they need only money. Please don't suggest this hospital to anyone. Please go to egmore baby hospital they are having all the facilities to treat the babies in a right way. We have to tolerate the rules of govt hospital they’ll allow only one attendar with baby inside.

Neolife children's hospital is best one in my experience. Doctor's, Nurse has gud experience, the only drawback is to fix a appointment for specific Doc, need to call 3 to 4 times to get an appointment, cleanliness is not perfect. Need to work on their maintenance of the buliding. Some of the staffs are not responsible.

I always had a good experience since I take my child here for vaccination & during illness from the date of her birth. Doctors available all the time since it's a 24/7 hospital. Doctors hear you well about your complaints and then prescribe you with the proper medication. Other than doctors, nurses and receptionist also take good care of you once you arrive to the hospital. They have a proper format of attending the patients.

My daughter was not feeling well. She was having frequent stomach pain. We were confused about what to do. Also Went to many hospitals. Then one of my neighbors suggested Neolife. Hospital is not clean, children vomits which wasn't cleaned properly,not at all following covid protocol,Dr.Raghuram, paediatrician is very rude, haven't seen such a doctor who is always money minded,if you are not taking tests from neolife he will simply throw the reports and ask you to take it again, only then he will give prescription,I have taken tests from Metropolis which is no inferior than neolife,he shouts without even looking at the test result,I was telling my son feels throat pain but hes not ready to give any medicines the next patient was called up, we have to leave the place
