Zolo services for this property is really poor. Care taker is hardly available in property. You will hardly find quality water. House cleaning is also not good at all. Every time you have to keep raising complaints in zolo app. If you have an issue then atleast you have to wait for 3-4 days. It's one of the worst areas you can be. No transportation facility nearby have to walk 1-2kms just for auto. Ola and Uber are barely available.

Shilpa Zolo demure The hospitality and service provided by the ground team is horrible the drainage keeps over flowing everytime and one of the worst maintained property ever is demure. No proper maintenance and hygiene is maintained. Won't suggest this place at all please don't choose zolo demure as your staying option. Half of the review givers are the working staff none of the residents here agree with a peaceful and comfortable stay waste of money..

Even the apartment has issues with water and drainage.When it rains the area is a pond and you'll have to get drenched in water to reach the flat.

Thought of giving the place a try. The place is managed very badly. No security in the rooms. The staff themselves barge in without your permission & also in your absence and use the appliances, washrooms etc. They claim to give you free WIFI but the WIFI gets disconnected due to non payment by Zolo to the ISP!!! They promised a car parking before booking but have to wake up the caretaker in the night as the parking space allotted is always filled with 2 wheelers when you return !!! Totally mismanaged property. Whatever can go wrong is wrong at Zolo Demure!

Good & peaceful inside, out side Maintenance be developed bit more.

Been here for last 2 years. It was ok and affordable with rent. Any problem the issues were sorted out in a short span of time. But these past 6 months management is useless. Raised the drainage issue a month back (27 Jun 2023) and still this is the status. Zolo is still taking care of this issue as on today is 19 Jul 2023. Zolo is building a drainage ecosystem for its residence so that they get all the diseases 🤢🤢🤢🤢and zolo can just keep making money👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The reviews posted with 5 stars are the zolo's own staff or related these staffs who are not present here. DO NOT EVEN THINK OR VISIT THIS PROPERTY FOR STAYING HERE....

As per the tenants, they are facing bad experience in the maintanence area, checked myself and found out it is true, nearby shops and facilities also is not that much.

It's not very good as many mosquito are there and even facilities are also not good along with that it's in low lying zone with water logging issue nearby

Nice Place For Bachelors Who wants to stay in PG. But Price is little bit more.
