A Disheartening Experience at Gesund Cardiac and medical Center This happened on Monday 29th of July 18:51 I recently had an unfortunate experience at Gesund, which I feel compelled to share. I visited the hospital due to a severe medical emergency which I suspected I got appendicitis.Despite being in considerable pain, I was told by the receptionist that I could be seen immediately after paying the emergency fee of 750 birr. However, my experience took a turn for the worse. I waited for over an hour and twenty minutes, but no doctor came to attend to me. When I inquired about the delay, the receptionist responded with an inappropriate attitude and expected me to remain calm despite my distress. Our interaction escalated into an argument, during which she used F words and I can leave also refused to refund my payment. Ultimately, I left the hospital without receiving any medical treatment or a refund, still in pain and feeling mistreated. As I had to look a treatment from another hospital! While I understand that Gesund might generally provide good care, the actions of the staff on this occasion were unacceptable, particularly in an emergency situation. Such behavior could have severe consequences, including the risk of a patient’s condition worsening or even leading to death. I hope that Gesund addresses these issues promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I had an excellent experience at Gesund Cardiac and Medical Center. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. As a doctor myself, I am very disappointed and ashamed. Some senior doctors in there are knowledgeable but business minded institution in general! Patient to doctor exposure time is very short and staff members are very disorganized. In general my experience on taking my mom there wasn't a smart choice.

Terrible Experience at Gezund Hospital I had an extremely frustrating experience at Gezund Hospital. I waited for over two hours to see Dr. Alemayehu, only to have a rushed, unprofessional interaction that lasted no more than three minutes. During that time, he briefly mentioned needing me to undergo an eco and laboratory test, but showed no interest in addressing my concerns or providing proper care. The entire interaction felt incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hospital staff were unhelpful and seemed disorganized. The lack of communication and general poor service made me feel disregarded as a patient. This experience was far from what I expected from a medical facility. I would not recommend Gezund Hospital to anyone and will be looking for better options in the future.

Dr. Alemayehu was very unprofessional. He did not explain my health condition to me, and when I asked questions, he seemed unwilling to answer. This was the worst experience I've had with a doctor.
