Such a peaceful relaxed atmosphere! The staff respects the guests privacy and do not knock on doors early. No loud obnoxious yelling at employees unlike some other places I've been, like Best Western for instance. Overall a great place to be

Good evening, I resided in your Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenville, NC hotelm September 11-15. During my stay at this location, my room was engulfed with the smell of mold/mildew. I reported this to the front desk and nothing happened. I would like to recommend a thorough cleaning of this property. As of now, I am suffering the effects of living in this environment. I now have pneumonia.

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites for a Thursday night ECU football game. We arrived early and didn't have any problems checking in, and all the front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The exterior of the hotel looked nice and the lobby appeared to have been recently updated. We got a room with 2 queens, and the room was nice and clean, apparently having been recently remodeled as well. This is obviously an older hotel that has been "refreshed", but most everything was nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked as it should. The bathroom was very tight, and the toilet didn't work great, but it met our needs. Overall, this hotel is in a great location, has great service and is an awsome value, especially when you compare it against the higher end hotels just down the road that are 3-4 times as much. Perfect for an overnight trip or a short stay!

Bad first. Broken equipment - Cart for luggage had 3 flat wheels, staff said they were missing the other cart (Indicating there were only two for a hotel with dozens of rooms) 1st room offered was dirty (or not cleaned). Fecal smear in the toilet, very dirty washing rag hanging on the shower, stains on sheets. 2nd room offered after request for a different room. "Cleaner" overall, but sheets had stains and holes. Staff quickly replaced the sheets with ones that were not stained and didn't have holes. Toilets kept clogging with simple things like only a simple wad of toilet paper from a blown nose. Staff mentioned that when it rains that happens more often. Room in poor shape - Doors with gaps where you can see out of (or into) the room, or doors that scrub the floor as you close them. Poor effort at renovation - Wooden floors creaked, or shook surrounding furniture when walked on, indicating poor installation effort. Bad caulking all around toilet, tub and shower, leaving areas for mold to grow. Area - Taco bell in the parking lot appears to have people standing around all night but not ordering food. The good. Friendly staff at front desk. Quick to fix (or attempt to) issues. Wish they had a better hotel to work at. I would hate to see the state this hotel would be in if the staff didn't care like they do.

Upon arrival Danny was working at the front desk. We arrived after 9pm to attend family wedding the next day. She was polite, friendly and very helpful. She took the time to assist with my sis n law reservation. The electrical outlets on wall between the beds didn't work and yes I informed front desk. A/C didn't seem to cool the room like expected and door knob cover to adjoining room was loose. The beds were comfortable.

Gross! The room smelled. Walk down the hallway and all you smell is weed. Guest occupying the other rooms have no idea how to speak in normal tones. We talked ourselves into sucking it up as it was only one night. Shut the light off to try and get some sleep and that is when the roaches came out! After killing the 3rd one we got dressed and got the hell out of there. Drove down the road and spent 3 times as much for a room for the evening but at least it’ll be a good night sleep without a contact high and a possible infestation of our luggage. Gross just gross.

I do not recommend this hotel, they do not care about the guest, nor the cleanliness. I had to report the clogged toilet and after it was repaired they did not clean it. It was Danny from the front desk who did it when I complained. At check out they could not print the receipt for me with the total amount and the stay.The a/c must be from when the hotel was built, it took more than 24 hours to improve the temperature. I definitely do not recommend it.

I'm not sure what her name is but one of the housekeeping ladies was so exceptionally sweet and it was a pleasure staying there because of her. Thank you for being so nice! Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is good. Love this hotel.
