This is a tradition Turkish bath ran by a bunch of Turkish men. It was very weird that all the scrubbing and washing are done by men even on female guests. The men were very creepy and extremely unprofessional and very perverted! 16 euro for just the Turkish bath and about 12-17 euro for an additional massage for additional 15min. Would not recommend even for guys!

very unprofessional, I would not recommend going here as a single female as both me and my friend were groped by the male masseuse. A definite pity as without the sexual assault this place could be very nice

Belediye hamami The price 60 tl for locals more expensive for tourists! Customer service is out of window! Staff has no clue and very defensive! Read the reviews serious series allegations about females being groped! No cleaning products no proper towel given for your head! Message was okay ...!!! The hamam did not feel right and warm! I asked a member of staff that sauna, hot water and the oval stone you lay on very is cold this is weird and he got a bit defensive saying that this is a historical hamam! Yet I said, it is cold! Then I could not stand and asked for my massage, then the guy accused me doing something about hot water! The masseur asked me if I done anything wrong and apparently he said the hamam is getting cold! I told him I raised the issue with your colleague an hour ago! He ignored it! I also very kindly, told the lady waiting at the reception, a manager look a like, these are the issues, please pay attention when your customers complains, she turned her back against me and I had to ask her could you please look at me I am talking to you! There was an elderly lady at the lounge, left her back in the hamam, she asked the receptionist that she needed her beg more than 3 times but she didn’t understand a single word of English(they ignored her)! Poor lady was so grateful when I stepped in! Overall horrific frustrating experience! I am still having goose bumps to this day! No apologies, compensation was offered! I do not recommend it!

Best experience in Turkey. I had the whole place to myself (Oct). Small and atmospheric. Over 500 years old! Adam sung the whole time, filling the place with sweet music. My stiffness and aches are gone. Maybe the prices were just for tourists, but I think it was worth every cent. First time I have been able to relax on this trip. This is just what I needed. Thank you!

I visited this place with my friend. Amazing scrub and super massage. The lady who gave me massage did something amazing with my back, as nurse my lower back is in pain last 10 years but now finally I can see improvement. When I visit Kusadasi I'll be there again 😍
