The burial chamber is under strict protection. Can't even get close to it. The whole area is beautiful but the ancient buildings are not very impressive. What should I do with plaster replica?

It is located within the Milas Museum area and is closed to visitors. Information about the mausoleum and its period is provided at a two-storey welcome center.

It should definitely be added to the must-see places when passing by. There is very detailed information about its history. You are a little far away from the real things to see, but it still has an exciting atmosphere. Excavations are still continuing. There is an entrance fee of 40 TL. You can get free entry with Museum Card. It is in a location close to the center where car parking is not a problem.

Entrance is free with Museum Card. Place; It is found by the sound made by treasure seekers. It is thought that some valuable items were lost for this reason :) When the king's tomb was discovered, we did not enter it because we were afraid of the dark. Now I wonder if we had entered it then, it is forbidden now.

Unfortunately, the sarcophagus is not shown to visitors to avoid damage. There is a plaster copy in the information center building at the entrance. I hope a solution is found for display. There is a 2nd floor of the information building, do not skip it and enter here first before starting your tour. Note: There is a toilet in the museum.

A huge history in the middle of the neighborhood. A mausoleum that was discovered very late. Its story is more interesting than the findings. Don't you think it's interesting that it was found thanks to "treasure seekers" in the research conducted on the noise complaint coming from the house next door?

It is useful to see. It is a well-organized archaeological site that also includes a carpet museum and Milas Mansion.

It is located within the Milas Museum area and is closed to visitors. It's a complete waste of time, maybe you can stop by while passing by, but there is nothing worth coming here just for this place. There are more photos and posters from the historical relic. Milas carpet museum is good Emin Ağa Mansion is an example of stone houses in Milas. The lady who introduced the good mansion is knowledgeable about her subject.

It has two big issues: -Anything worth seeing on Hekatomnos is not accessible. The accessible buildings only have information, not artifacts. -The museum doesn't run the air conditioning available in accessible buildings. It is practically impossible to stay in. The only positive thing is that it is cheap, so you only waste little money.

(Translated by Google) I think museum staff should be more interested in visitors. There was a video about Hekatomnus on the 2nd building or the upper floor of the 3rd building. Those who go there with zero knowledge like me should watch that video. But they didn't tell me that. When I said I couldn't understand something, someone came out and opened the video. We do not enter for free, after all, we pay there.
