The waiter does not write down the order. Not everyone's food arrived. This is always disappointing and terrible service. Paper and pen would help the staff with their small memory.

A bit on the pricier side but it's absolutely worth it. A large variety of delightful and delicious food. A bit busy but it's probably due to the quality and location.

I was really looking forward to have deserts from Mado as one of my friends highly recommended it over Hafiz Mustafa. I was not very impressed. They do have a wide selection of deserts and also serve food but the desert we tried was just average. The ambience itself is average. It was very unpleasant as we were surrounded by smokers. It got so uncomfortable that we had to leave sooner than we wanted to. Pricing wise I think it was reasonable. The staff was very tired and busy but tried their best to help us.

Stylish and cozy design in combination with lovely atmosphere. Attentive service and friendly staff. Nice place, definitely worth to visit. Mado cafe could be perfect option for romantic date or family lunch.

Good quality price ratio, in a prime location, very tasty desserts, that's what they are known for. Service could be a little better.

Mado was recommended by my guide who grew up close to this town, so my visit had high expectations. Promises were more than met. Mado specialises in Turkish ice cream which has a more textured mouthfeel than gelato due to its ingredients that produce a unique stretch. Mado uses this culinary technique to its advantage and includes its signature creamy vanilla ice cream into local baklava or slices it to produce layered desserts featuring locally grown produce. Overall, a must-visit.

Their sweets are very nice, especially their ice cream. It is made from a goat milk and it is so creamy. Trilece (three milk) cake is also very good, the best one I have ever tried for sure. So if you want to try good Turkish traditional cakes while staying in Kusadasi, Mado is definitely the rigth place for you.

Great location and it's always packed with non locals. What you see and read on the menu doesn't came like that something is always missing. When you question it they say out of stock but they charge for it. The ice cream even tastes different when compare it to other Mado restaurants. Half the staff works the other staff just occupied doing nothing.

Mado Sahil : no wifi connexion, ( i came because I had to do work with internet) , i had to wait 20 min for an omelet which was really badly made, a child of 6 years can make better than the omelet they served me, cold bread and one of the breads was even cut from the side, means it was in the table of another client and they brought it to me afterwards, really a shame for a such a big name.

Stopped for coffee and baklava. The presentation of the coffee was extraordinary with the sides served with the coffee delicious. The server was very kind as we did not speak the local language.

The initial waiter we had was was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rest of the people that helped us gave a very poor service. They were not friendly and did not communicate well. A mistake was made on one order (that is fine, it happens) but the way in which it was handled was poor. The baklava and sandwich we ordered was nice, avo in salad was very hard and not edible.

We have eaten in this restaurant previously whilst on holiday. Today however we are disappointed in the service as our meals were not hot & to avoid the waitress having to return our meals back to the kitchen we requested a large plate of chips & for them NOT to be included in the bill. My husband ordered the BBQ burger but no BBQ to taste We were not offered any condiments I.e tomato ketchup, mayonnaise etc. Despite the level of staffing only one waitress spoke very little English & her colleagues were relying on her for their language barrier. We have had a lovely holiday & all our meals where we have eaten have been lovely but not tonight. Mado if you want the custom then you need to improve, before a customer is sick due to food poisoning.

As a Turkish I think the prices are a little expensive. We are 3 people, we spent 7 euros ahahahha. (Egonomi çok iyi ya). The tea was bergamot flavored and fresh. A classic good cafe with a sea view.

Food was good, location good, staff were pleasant and had a reasonable English which was nice to talk to only thing is if your NOT a smoker it's impossible to sit away always people smoking, not just here everywhere just a shame they don't do a no smoking area for non smokers.
