A close friend recommended Tangles for a hair cut and I have been a regular there since then. The cut that Reena recommended continues to get me compliments. I also recently took my elderly mother for a hair cut and colouring, both of which we were very happy with. The location of the salon opposite the Collectorate in Kottayam makes it very convenient to get there and its ground floor access makes it perfect for the elderly too. The staff are warm and friendly and so is Reena. It is easy to see why Tangles is a busy place. Reena and her staff offer a warm, positive and inviting space that provides clients with a range of services done skillfully and efficiently.

The most important reason why they are my first choice is their warm customer service. And the peaceful atmosphere with calming music and happy smiles make me feel home and comfortable. Tangles is no doubt my all-time favourite salon in Kottayam and I don’t think I’ll ever have a second thought.

She even did hair styling and makeup for my mother, which was really awesome. Hair, make-up, and saree draping were done beautifully for me and my mom. The makeup looks natural and long-lasting.
