It's a moderate restaurant don't expect much on ambience but food quality is good. Better pre-order and go otherwise we have to wait for at least 20min. Dine in is not available due to covid-19 precautions only home delivery and take away is currently available. Ordered a combo of chicken,bun and coke Chicken is perfectly cooked and tasty. The contents of oil was also less Ample parking space also available.

The place was so good. We ordered two veg burgers and two french fries and the order delivery was so quick. In this current Covid situation, the staff told us very politely to wait in our vehicle itself and the parcel food was promptly given to us in the car. The food was also good and fresh

They gave menu, and the first 4 things I ordered from that same menu, they said they don't have. I asked him why did u hand me this menu if u dont offer things on it. On top of that, the cashier had an attitude. He didnt like me questioning his menu. I don't care. The whole experience was poor. Will not return to this location nor recommend to others. Giving 1 star only because thats the lowest I can choose inorder to provide a feedback.

Food is good. There is a slide and a pair of swings for kids. Ample parking is available. The washroom is rather cramped and it is difficult to open the door. A suggestion would be to refit the door in a manner that it opens outwards. Also the washroom should be cleaned frequently when then are many customers.

Nice pizza nd burger in kottayam

I received a special offer in Chicking as part of my purchase from Max. I just visited Thiruvalla and Kottayam chicking outlets. The service of the staff was pretty descent in Thiruvalla but its worse in Kottayam. When they saw the coupon they acted and behaved as like we are grabbing the food for free. And they are charging parking fee even though its just 1rs, which can be tolerable. They are not even allowing dine in facility even there are chair which are mile away from each other though they doesnt allow eating inside.

Been to this outlet couple of times alone and with family and friends, but this is the first time I'm going during this pandemic crisis (Covid-19), they still offer what's being offered on the menu, but you can no longer dine-in anymore, like any other fast-food outlets and restaurants you can only order to go or take home service at the moment. The diner was great especially for kids as they really enjoyed the outdoor swing and slides. Regarding the menu, well it depends if you really love spicy and salty fried chicken or burgers, then you will love this place forever, otherwise you are better off with their lightly spiced fried chicken. Good and spacious parking right off the busy M.C. Road that leads to Kottayam town. Friendly and courteous staffs.

Chicking Kodimatha is one of the finest eateries in Kottayam. Infact, I have felt the food is much more delicious than the original version KFC. The staff are very polite and helpful. They have sufficient dining space in 2 floors. For small functions like get-togethers or kids birthday parties, they will even arrange special reservation for the entire second floor. There are some entertainment equipments for kids within the premises. Another key highlight is the ample parking space.
