I wanted something meaningful for my housewarming to serve my family. Pooja ji was a friend through a group and i recollected seeing her food and it's reviews . I am extremely happy that i ordered from her for the occasion and my family thoroughly enjoyed the food and her exceptional sweets.. Last day we took delivery of 80 besan laddoos from Pooja mam to distribute in our office.They were excellent. I am surprised at how she could make something as simple as a besan laddu taste so awesome. The packing and presentation was excellent as well. I would suggest all who wish to order from her to give her prior intimation of items u require, say if you need anything by noon it would be ideal to call and book on the previous day. This is not your regular restaurant kind of place. It is authentic homemade food. Personally i feel the cost is reasonable considering the good quality. I hope she continues to give us Kottayam dwellers these amazing treats, in different forms and flavors for years to come without loosing this magic touch.

We ordered Aloo Paratha, Roti, Aloo Gobi, Matar Paneer and Fried Rice today. All dishes were delicious and tasted authentic. Delivery was also on time. Aloo Paratha was a bit on the spicier side for us, and Pooja was kind enough to mention that she could reduce the spice level based on request. Glad that we have good North Indian options in Kottayam, especially great Aloo Parathas! Overall, great experience!

The best authentic North Indian food that I have had in a long time. One of the best in Kottayam. Very affordable prices. Loved their dry fruit atta ladoo. Other things that I had tried were Aloo Paratha, Paneer paratha, Methi roti, Palak paneer, Dal makhni and Samosa. Unfortunately they dont have dine in, so do make sure that you order a day before as this is homemade food.

I had the experience of tasting Pooja’s food for the first time last week and I am so glad I did.. I have not tasted such authentic North Indian food in Kerala till date..Not only is her food tastier than restaurant food but also it has the homely touch because of the ingredients and care and love she gives in preparing them.. I am hugely impressed and would definitely recommend it to people who would like to try some true North Indian vegetarian delicacies including some mouth watering sweets.

I have ordered twice from Purani Dilli. Both times the food was super delicious and authentic. She was so accommodating with our last minute orders as well. We received complimentary besan ladoos from her with our last order. They were heavenly ❣️ I highly recommend Purani Dilli!
