The bagel sandwich was good, the bagel itself was really good. Nice staff. Latte was okay.

The concept of this place is great. The decor is funk and fun but the service and food fell short. I was here with my husband at about 8:00 am on a Sunday morning and the bakery didn't have any of the food we asked for, though it is on there menu. Though there are tables and people sitting down, there is no table service and also nothing that suggests there isn't. We sat there for a good 10-15 minutes, trying to get the servers attention but they just kept walking by (there are multiple servers!!!) Finally we went to the cash register and asked about seeing a menu, then they gave us one. Once again, we had to go back to order, to find out that they only had one of the options left or a pre-made sandwich. Wish it was better, I was excited to find a more artisanal bakery in Santa Ana.
