I really enjoy my stay. The facilities are excellent. What impressed me the more is the environment. They have an amazing garden and fine trees and flowers. I like it and enjoyed it. It's an amazing place to stay. But the hotel has problems with power supply during the day when there is cut in supply from national grid.

The environment is serene and beautiful. There is a parking space. Electricity has improved. However, there is no functional restaurant within the facility, and training/meeting hall is only for a maximum of 30

Katagum hotel and suites is a great hotel and you can enjoy your time.

Medium budget accommodation located in the Government Residential Area. The environment is serene. There is ample parking space. Electricity is assured between the hours of 6pm and 6 am. However there is no functional restaurant within the facility.

It’s sad I am writing this bad review for this establishment, I am a law abiding citizen of Nigeria and I felt really disappointed at the management of Katagum hotel. I come to azare on monthly basis and I spend between 3 and 5 days each time I come. I needed to go to Yobe for something urgent and left my box for safe keeping at the hotel reception but to my surprise some of my things were missing when I got back. To my greatest surprise and disappointment the so called hotel manger was so casual about it and even sat me up for 2 hours without attending to me. How I wish I can get the attention of the hotel owner so some bunch of rogues will not kill His or her investment. The manager acted like he was in support of the theft.
