The hotel being a government owned hotel is not cared for. It's being neglected. All the facilities are collapsing, for example the elevator has packed up due to non functional power generating plants. The only good thing is the location.

Zaranda international hotel is the biggest hotel in Bauchi state. It’s beautiful and good environment

This is definitely NOT a place you should consider if you're looking for a good place to relax. 1. The pool is messed up and full of spirogyra. 2. The rooms were unkempt and had not been swept for several days. 3. The service was poor and rude. 4. There was no electricity in my room. I had to call for repairs. 5. The door locks are defective and very flimsy. 6. The toilet was a mess. Very dirty and stained. I wish I could give zero stars, because that's what they deserve!!!

Zaranda hotel is dead and gone ordinary water to baf is not in zaranda the room is so so dirty no food or meat even drink, the elevator is no more working so you have to climb to 4th floor infact that place is truly gone for good

Poor state of buildings and facilities. The hotel needs renovations and better management.

This is a very perfect example of wasted resources; no light, no lift and the services are super poor. You have to climb to upper floors because there's no light to power the lifts. To cap it all, you will be unfortunate to wait till daylight before taking your bath because water must have been used up by the early risers. It's a standard prison experience.

Great rooms with great services but poor maintenance culture

There's great need for improvement in room maintenance. I stayed in room 426, the toilet condition is very poor as water doesn't run and the TV too is not working.

This is a so amezine place, it look like local place now, so it sposeto the othority to be here and to redesign it to be the best like ever befor

It's an Old Hotel built solidly to great standards at that time. Poor maintenance however has taken a toll on it, from its look on the outside. I attended a conference there but didn't lodge.

Because i use to go that place twice in a week with my friends to rest there

Zaranda International Hotel is the shadow of one former self. They have very poor customer Service The location is very good and strategic but the hotel need serious renovation. Over 90% of all the rooms are bad, no water in almost all the rooms, most of the light bulbs 💡 in most of the rooms and floors are dead and need replacement. Most of the doors of the rooms and bad and need replacement. The elevator need serious maintenance as it can't get to some of the floor. And if the light is low the elevator will not work. The swimming pool is bad and need serious maintenance. The hotel has a lot of cockroaches in the rooms.
