Mirahmad Khan's house is also the first building with electricity in Lankaran. During the construction of the building in 1908-1910, there was a small electrical installation working with direct current. By means of this, even the surrounding residential houses could use energy. Mir Ahmed Khan and Tugra Khanum had no children. In 1916, Mir Ahmed Khan died during one of his visits to France. But he is buried in Lankaran.
