Such an outstanding customer service, these people know really how to take care of their customers. I came in to their office, they were very welcoming and greeting us with a genuine smile. They explained road tips properly. They stocked the car with: water, tissue paper, wet paper, chewing gum and sanitizer. Little things but kind gestures. The car was in an excellent condition and didn’t fail me during my 1 week trip across the country. Since it was just my second day in Baku, we were yet to buy a local sim card and adapter, two gents rushed out and bought us a sim card and the mobile adapter. I honestly felt much appreciated when they sorted what was very essential for me, instead of me going and figuring out where to buy them from. Traveling the extra mile per se. On my next visit, i will not think twice of whom to rent the car from in Baku. They are sincere people and worth renting from; they act as a true business owners that look after their family business.

We rented a car with our one-year-old son back in July 2022. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They explained the renting contract in detail and made sure we were all set up. They advised us to be extremely mindful of the driving laws as you will find an impressive number of radars on the highways. The staff took great care to review the vehicle before our departure and jot down any damage. The car was in excellent good condition, and we did not have a single mishap during our 13-day trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Karavan.

Amazing service and prompt communication. The car was delivered to the airport on time for our 5 day trip (chargeable). It was clean and came with little details like gum, water and wipes. Andre was super nice and gave us a quick briefing on the rules and general tips. In particular, we had an encounter with the police on our way to Shahdag on the highway. As there were road works going on, the speed limits were varying quite a lot. We were stopped and asked to pay saying we had 2 radar fines of 50AZN each. But the team had already warned us about this, so we said we would pay directly to the team and turns out there were no fines at all! Would recommend anytime!

Very fast and efficient service. The whole process was very easy to book, pick up and return the car. The team all speak fluent Russian, English and Turkish and are easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend if you need a car whilst in Baku!

Very professional and good car rental service better then most of the international brands, highly recommended Only downside is they charge extra 10Azn for car wash which is normal but to make better customer relation they need to waive it Overall it was a good experience

We contacted Karavan for a Prado on short notice for 5 days, especially during season time. Mr Emin and his team were wonderul and very helpful. They promptly delivered the car to the hotel and also picked up from hotel, which saved me the hassle to deal with the bags. The car was perfect and we had no issues at all. A perfect go to rent a car service. Mr. Raavn was super helpful. We ran into trouble with police where they unjustifiably asked for a bribe. They talked with the police and we were left alone. Outstanding experience from karavan rent a car,I have rent the car for 3 days,During my journey police stop me 2 times for unwanted reasons and i called karavan guys and they solve the issue by phone. Reasonably priced, super friendly and helpful staff. Eldar helped with guidance on traffic rules and how to deal with cops. Also super helpful in letting us return the car at the airport. The car we rented was LC Prado, tough, spacious and reliable but under powered while overtaking or on steep climbs since it's petrol powered. Overall a great experience!
