Varieties of biryani available such as Mutton, Chicken, Tandoori Chicken Biryani, Prawn Biryani, Kaadai Biryani & Fish Biryani. Affordable price & good ambience. But the issue here is they accept only cash. They won't accept Cards, GPay or any online payments which is the future already. They have to look out & make a change. Except the payment, food is delicious while comparing with other restaurants around.

worst staff who was in front office (cap person) that his attitude was so bad and also the hindi wala who doesn't even ask what we are excited to say anything about parcel service! and also the white young person who assist with the hotel he uses bad words while asking parcel. please avoid this hotel and there is a good hotel near pammam which is hotel nuha u can have wonderful service there!

Cozy place. Family restaurant and outside dining near to the water 💦 fall is amazing. Especially kids love and enjoy this place. Reasonable price and food quality is superb.

I ordered Fried chicken. But the taste was not upto the level. And moreover I enquired the person serving about the size and he told that itll be small. Believing him I ordered 5 pieces. My family did not like it. We couldnt eat it all. Atleast if the taste was good, then we would try to finish it off. The amount we spent on the fried chicken was utter waste. Other items were pretty good.

Amazing quality food...hospitality was good and personally I travelled whole Kerala and found the best food here only ..Really appreciable .The owner was nice and came himself to see if everything was fine ... Overall totally recommended to everyone.Sambhar was amazing too.

Quantity and quality of the food is good. we tried mutton and prawn biriani. Restaurant looks always crowd at noon so you can't go there to spend more time on dine in. There's no menu card.

Order of the day Parotta Chapatti Chilly chicken dry Chilly gopi dry Chettinad chicken Parotta and chapatti was as hard as it could be. Chilly chicken dry and chilly gopi dry had the same taste only the diff is one has chicken pieces and other had gopi. Overall this was good. Chettinad chicken utter bad dish, only flavour i got was corriander powder. Do not ever order this. Overall the service was not good, he was kind of rude and not at all friendly. He was also not explaning the dishes. The ambience was great , but not worth it if food is not good.

I had alfam and mint lime from here.Chicken was ok but the kuboos along with the Alfam was very hard and uneasy.

Average taste. Biriyani is not that much great as advertised by locals. Either, it might be the very first biriyani restaurant in the surrounding or it loses its flavour over the years. Any new biriyani shops can flip its business anytime.

Not much familiar about the place where the hotel is and even about the hotel. Just tried it after having a word with local cab driver. And the food is very good , ultimate taste. I have even tried Muscoth Halwa also. A Must try hotel !!

Visited Oct4th for Breakfast. Tried Parotta with Chicken chops, omelette.. It was good. Dosa items brought for parents were average only. Have ample parking and restaurant is very spacious. Fairly happy for an first timer visiting Marthamdam.

Chicken and mutton biriani no taste,both rice are same and chicken ,mutton added separately . Biriani served without hot.Don't try biriani in this restaurant. Air conditioner room congested with chair and table.

The food was good🍛🍛. But the service was not so great.👎👎 We asked for a spoon but it didn't come.🥄🥄 The sauce was not coming out of the bottle. No one gave us the water tumbler until we asked.🥛🥛 That too was not clean and smelled like ice cream.🍦🍦

I liked the location of this restaurant. There is ample parking space, so no worries about parking. The food was nice, I had ordered a Chicken Biryani. They have a family room, for those who come with families and prefer to be away from the general crowd.

While it's common for most restaurants to experience a wait time during peak hours, this particular establishment follows an unusual practice. After initially taking an order, they revisit after 30 minutes and restart the order process, citing the first instance as a discussion period that the order was not given only discussed. Even after the second time order is placed, they request an additional wait time of 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be served. The quality of the food was not even matched by their price tag. It's not a restaurant. It's a Hotel with high price tag. Note - Kindly please don't order for the second time. Leave the hotel immediately. There is lots of option available in Marthandam.

We ate dosai, wheat parota and chicken gravies. Unfortunately nothing was tasty. We were taken there by one of our relatives who was a regular customer and he too get disappointed on that day. They told the non veg items are usually good here but that day we were disappointed

The food there is amazing! And the staff is very friendly. Their services are on point and the food is very delicious. Highly recommend going here and having a meal dining in.

On the way to kanyakumari we went to have lunch. their family room dining isn’t that clean though. was a bit messy but when asked the guy cleaned the place. We ordered 2 veg thali and a chicken 65. Food was good and service was ok though. Plenty of parking spaces.

I waited for a hour and the thn the waiter says it will be 20 min more needes for alfamm to be ready. If it it so they have to say it in the beginning. There is no proper response from them even. Especially the man in the parcel section

Poor customer service, have ordered kothu parotta, butter non and butter chicken for dinner but we have been served with pepper chicken, billing person is very rude, ambience is not very clean and won't smell good, butter non is ok,won't recommend to any one.

We regular order food from Mubarak (huge fan) via food delivery app. No complaints regarding quantity and taste of dishes, but my concern is about the packaging. It'd be great if u can switch to eco-friendly banana leaf wrapping..or anything innovative. Today we ordered mushroom and the whole dish had the smell of plastic. One of the worst Hotel(restaurant) in Marthandam. Too much rate but not that much Taste. My experience Road side food shop is better than this Mubarak hotel. Food will be served after half an hour. Not eligible for even single star also. Served chappathi was not a fresh item, bad small. Koththukoli worst, Poratta is not a poratta just like Mytha batter.

With enough parking space. Foods quality depends. Breakfast is good. Lunch is ok. Dinner is sometimes severed whatever they have. Sometimes frozen foods Sometimes fresh. Over Priced for Chinese foods. And a plate of French fries Priced Rs.160/- and that was not crispy. Can see lot of customers return their ordered food in the evening time. Can try all native foods.

I m visiting and dining this hotel for past 15 year's. First it was a small hotel and now they have developed as a big restaurant in marthandam. When ever I come to Thiruparappu falls, I will dine here with family and friends. I don't understand why they didn't open a lodge over the restaurant. They are constructing for more than 15years

The waiter and the cash collector was very rude to the customers. Also, it took a hell lot of time for the order to come. Only pro is you have a good space for your 4W parking and has suitable ambience for family.
