Accept for price and what a scenic balcony view and thoroughly enjoyed nature from their location. Complete busy resort. Complete peaceful stay and buffet was splendid. dj, campfire done by then was a highlight in that area.Rain n mist added beauty during our stay. Top floor swimming pool gave a different experience ,was well maintained. kids play and games, few more could be added since it was crowded always . Friendly staff. In Anachal, we went to ripple waterfalls whereas the road so so so steep take care in case of self driving . We enjoyed fireflies flickering like golden lights fully covering a tree near our balcony in the night. ❤️🤩😇🍃

The bedsheet and the towels were torn. Apart from that everything was good. Prompt service delivery, good location, good staff behavior. Towels and bedsheets could be done properly and that would suit the price tag of the hotel.Breakfast menu was good on both the days with a good spread on north and south Indian food.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Munnar Queen Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here's a detailed review of my stay: Good Food: One of the highlights of my stay at the Munnar Queen Hotel was the excellent food. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The menu had a good mix of local and international cuisines, and the presentation was appealing as well. Excellent Staff: The staff at the Munnar Queen Hotel deserves a special mention. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the staff members were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. They were knowledgeable about the local attractions and offered helpful recommendations for things to do in and around Munnar. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest. Limited Parking: One drawback of the hotel was the limited parking space available. If you're traveling with a vehicle, you might find it challenging to find a parking spot, especially during peak seasons when the hotel is busy. It would be advisable to contact the hotel in advance to inquire about parking arrangements and alternative options nearby. Room Infrastructure Good: The room infrastructure at the Munnar Queen Hotel was satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture and amenities provided were comfortable and functional. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom facilities were up to the mark. Overall, the room infrastructure contributed to a comfortable stay. Location Average: In terms of location, the Munnar Queen Hotel is decent but not exceptional. It is situated in a convenient area, but it doesn't offer breathtaking views or immediate proximity to major attractions. However, it is within a reasonable distance from popular tourist spots in Munnar, so getting around wasn't too much of a hassle. In conclusion, the Munnar Queen Hotel provided me with a pleasant experience during my stay. The food was excellent, and the staff members were top-notch. The limited parking space and average location were minor downsides, but they didn't significantly impact my overall satisfaction. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with good food and friendly staff, the Munnar Queen Hotel could be a suitable choice for you.

Cons: Service: Service and response from the reception was very bad, They will not come for a help to carry the bags and they least bothered. We have asked for some help to carry luggage and there was a boy sitting next to the person in reception and he is calling some one to help and no one showed up, so we carried it on our own. Room cleaning will not happen until you also for it. Weather: Away from Munnar and located below the valley so you do not feel the munnar climate. You will not get much help from reception for activities in Munnar, you plan your day by searching Google. Privacy: Rooms view was good, but rooms are clearly visible from campfire and DJ area, so you can not have privacy when campfire and DJ running. Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean when you enter. Campfire and DJ in the evenings Breakfast was kind of fine as it is complimentary, nothing much we can say. Food was good, not great as you don't have access to other locations nearby to eat, this kind of food is manageable.

Hotel was nice. But disappointed with service. We were there for birthday celebration. I asked them for arrangements and decoration, all they did was made a little heart with a single rose on a table and light 1 candle and cake. For this they charged Rs 2100/_.. 1500 for a single rose and one candle.

Nestled in the serene hills of Munnar, the Munnar Queen Resort is an absolute gem that offers an enchanting blend of luxury, tranquility, and breathtaking natural beauty. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations, leaving me with indelible memories of a truly remarkable experience. The staff at Munnar Queen Resort were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism and dedication truly elevated the overall experience, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my time there. The accommodations at the resort were a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and boasted stunning panoramic views of the mist-covered hills. I wholeheartedly recommend Munnar Queen Resort to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Munnar while enjoying an unforgettable stay.

Let me start with view of the room it was breathtaking, with 2 balconies I had near 270° unobstructed view of the valley. The room was super spacious. Location was just amazing. Coming to the food - the worst food you can have in any 4 star hotel. You can get better tasting food and service at road side joint/dhaba. The chef doesn't know to cook at all, we ordered chicken, grilled prawns and kerela parota. Initially ordered 2 set which has 4 parota and as soon as it came ordered 2 more so it could come on time. It came after more than 5 request and 15 mins waiting and came uncooked. Grilled prawns were actually deep fried and then tawa fry 😊 The breakfast typically is always good since its buffet, while here again we went at 7.45 and first batch of idly was stale, ulli vada was tasteless. Apart from fruit nothing which was cooked was good. The service is not 4 star quality, staff is not trained once they know you are unhappy they will not come to your table no matter how many times you call, while eating you need to go to counter and request them. All this happening while 95% people were having buffet dinner and we ordered alacarte. Gave the written feedback while checkout, wanted to post here since dont have 4 star expectations its not even 1 star food or service. Its 5 star for room views.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and totally worth the money. The rooms were clean, spacious and had beautiful views of the lush green valleys. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very scenic view from room balcony. Hotel location and rooms are quite nice and spacious. In terms of service, they need very much improvement. Room drawer is wrecked and so many reminders had given to them but till last day it was not repaired. About food, it was average, not bad not so good. Rates are little high as per quantity served. Swimming pool is clean but due to railing, swimming pool can't be a infinity pool.

It is a very good location and you can get a beautiful view from your room, The staff are good. The food is very good, if there are many guests then the dinner is buffet, many varieties of food is served veg or non- veg I recommend this Resort to everyone. On my next visit to Kerala i will surely request for this beautiful resort. Thank you Munnar Queen

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a good hotel. Rooms were clean. Bed seemed a bit too soft. Room service was good. There's a water cooler which you can use to fill up the water bottles anytime you want. You don't have to depend on room service for getting you water. Food was tasty. Replenishment of the food was taking a lot of time during the breakfast hours. There's a church behind this resort which rings every hour until 9pm at night. And then starts again at 7 in the morning. That just adds to some disturbance during the day. Not a big issue though. The location of the resort is good. We requested for a room with sitting balcony. Resort has a small pool on the top floor and some recreation area. Overall it was a good stay.

Situated in a good location, Excellent hospitality, clean and tidy rooms. Being a foodie I don’t have any complaint regarding food too. It’s not averagely priced, it’s slightly pricey but one will not regret booking here. It’s family friendly

Munnar Queen is an excellent place to stay. We opted for the honeymoon suite, which comes with a private area and even a cradle. The suite is meticulously maintained, offering breathtaking views. The rooftop swimming pool adds to the experience, providing excellent panoramic views. There's also a park for children. 😍 The only setback is the common breakfast hall, which is quite cramped. Given the influx of tourists, they should consider expanding the space. It gets chaotic during breakfast with long lines to get food and a scarcity of seating. (would be a challange for elder women, pregnant women) 🫣

The rooms are best, nice location giving very good view. Food is very good. Saw personally that during our travel, to a group of passengers, they served entire jain menu in the restaurant in buffet spread instead of providing limited items. At the same time witnessed their willingness to prepare baby food needed for toddler for some of the guests.

This is very nice hotel with fascinating view of tea gardens and hills around it. Food was good too. But there was no bucket/tumbler for bath in the room. Housekeeping also did not provide it upon asking, but they provided shower cap instead upon asking. Sports area is also not maintained properly. Table tennis rackets are wornes out and there was no ball for fuseball.

Hotel location and views were good. But breakfast buffet options were limited. Room no 302-303 had obstructed views. Surprisingly they charged Rs. 100 as penalty for the broken glass by mistake. I have not seen this to any good hotel. We were 5 members occupied 2 rooms for two days and during checkout I had requested them to give two laundry bags but they refused and told that they can give max one.

Resort has excellent view. It is bit far from the old Munnar town, so it is quiet without traffic noise. Food is good, and they supported need for small kid when we requested. Rooms are nice, but note that they don't keep bucket & mug, so you have to only use shower. Front desk is very cordial and my kid still says Tinu is my friend. Overall, it is good, and I recommend.

First of all its not a resort. It's just a hotel as there is no place to roam around. Secondly they are very smelly bathrooms. Didn't look like they were cleaned after previous use. The place is extremely crowded and not very neat. Food is below average. There is nothing good about pool and play area literally had nothing. The 2 rating atleast is for the service and good view.

We had a Kerala trip of 5 days, of which for 3 days we were in Munnar. And we are glad that we chose this hotel for our stay. The hotel is located at a serene location with a valley view. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. The view from rooms is so beautiful that you won't feel like going out 😄 Service is good. Mr.Shajnu Kumar and his team are doing an amazing job. Thank you for your hospitality.

View from room was so heavenly during morning and also rooms were very well maintained and clean but the room service was not that good and quick during evening.. also during checkin and checkout they doesn't help us to take our luggage to the room. Breakfast was good but dinner was not good at all specially nonveg.

Service is good, location is awesome and the room is ok.cost of the room compared to the other places is slightly higher.. having roof top swimming pool is a good thing, maximum of only 3-4ft is a concern.but worth the view and the food is really great!!.

Munnar Queen is 5 star for its view of the mountains. And is located 12 kms from the Main Munnar bazar area. Kids play area and activity is good. Cam fire keeps the travellers warm during the evenings with music. Breakfast buffet is good with a health cautious menu. Rooms are spacious. But needs a little more cleanliness.

Room service was not great. Restaurant food quality and hygiene was not up to the expected level. My own kids and other guests children got food poisoning on the same day post dinner. Overall services should be improved to a large extent

Great location with a great view. Rooms were cosy and the complimentary breakfast was good. Swimming pool was clean. We did not get hot water in our room though. Overall, a decent place to stay.
