This Bata has a very good collection and it is very affordable. I liked the fact that they had a variety of options in size 7 and 8 which is very rare. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very well maintained store. Will definitely visit the store again.

Bata always provides good product at an economical rate. This shop is no exception. Wide variety of foot wares are available here( ladies collection is more compared to gents) . Pleasant shopping experience. Behaviour of staff also good.

This is the only review that you need to know about Bata. Bata offers footwear, shoes and handbags. They also have socks and other attires. The store itself is relatively medium sized, not too big and not too small. The staff is very helpful and kind as well. They do offer a lot of variety in the common sizes but if the size that you are looking for is a big too big or small, they might not have the right thing for you. They don't have a huge collection but you can still check them out since it is the first place you should go when you want to look for a shoe. The prices are justified and they do provide warranty (on some of the shoes I think). Overall good, but not great. So should you go here? Yes you should but not if you have very small or large feet😂. Has decent collection. Located inside deepa tower/mall. The collection though has limited options and limited only to Bata and related or local. Prices vary from low to high and has lots of collection for women. Parking is available at the entrance and underground as well during the evenings. Staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Located in the well known Deepa towers, I would say it's located at a prime location.. building has just enough parking space.. good collections are available and the staffs are good.. I have been here many times but thought to write a review this time..

Before I had purchased a few items from here . Based on that experiance only we decided to purchase . And also based on the name of bata. Since usually their shoes lasts longer. But in this franchise , the main thing is they wil sugar coat everything and make you buy the item. One Mr Biju attended to our service , finally we purchased a shoe , the soles came off the next day. In the bill there was this 14 day replacement policy . Within 2 days itself we attended with the damages product and his attitude was so different . They have nill courtesy or keep the word they say during selling of the products . Later on found out that it was a very old product which lead to the damage . Hence who ever is visiting beware of their choclate talks , and they wil put old products at MRP which u can very well get from online site at discounted prices. Then later when we ask for service they wil show attitude as if we have got something free from them. Such poor customer service and lack of authenticity from part of the lease fellow has lead to lose of faith even in the brand bata . I would never purchase anything from here nor recommend it to anyone. Hence as a warning i am putting up this review for who ever is going to be their next scapegoat . Be very carefull . It wil be a waste of money .

There are not too many collections. The service is also average. In fact they charged us for 3 paper bags and gave only one (we may not know as they send the bill only via sms).

Great collection of good quality footwear, bags and accessories. Helpful staffs too! I bought a "Power" brand running shoe for me and a "Marie Claire" handbag for my wife- still going strong after 3 years!! Definitely worth the money! If you find yourself confused on a buying decision, manager Biju is the go to person, he is very helpful, knowledgeable and polite!

Bata has been my go to store since my childhood days. The products are worth the money every single time i purchase any products from them. The owner of this store was very friendly too. I bought a sandal fory wife and she absolutely loved it.

Deepa tower Bata Showroom. Ordered thru phone for kid. They got me the correct size. And the most surprising thing is thru out the process the person who was in contact with was very very helpful and really customer frenly.... surprising coz it's Bata....!!! Shop too is good...only negative will b parking space...wich myt not b available during peak hours....
