Worth the amount paid… beach is like 5 mints walk only.. had a lovely family time

It was a great experience. I got to speak with the owner directly and he is a very nice and friendly guy. He is extremely flexible with his conditions and a thorough professional. All 6+1 bedrooms were in perfect and neat condition and well air-conditioned with an individual WiFi router for each room. The lawn behind the house and the games room upstairs are perfect bonuses for the property. We were served breakfast and dinner in the lawn outside and the parking upfront is capable of housing over 4-6 cars. The property is just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Beautiful guesthouse a short walk from the beach. My wife and I were hosted by Ibrahim who took wonderful care of us. The rooms are state-of-the-art, clean and comfortable, the food is great and the whole ambiance is welcoming. I highly recommend this place

A very lovely stay at Choice Beach House! The location near the beach was perfect and the hospitality by the family was second to none. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was yummy. Would definitely choose to stay in choice if visiting Kannur again!

After a grueling 7+ hour journey, often through heavy rain, the owner and caretaker warmly welcomed us, rescuing us from our initial booking disappointment. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the beach just a short 500m stroll away and eateries nearby. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with delicious dishes to savor. The ambiance is enhanced by soothing music, and there are entertainment options like carrom and foosball to enjoy. In summary, our stay was outstanding, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the owner, caretaker, and chef for creating such a memorable experience.

We reached the place around 11.30 p.m. The owner and the staff arranged for fantastic food even at the late hours. Their hospitality was amazing. The rooms were nicely lit and comfortable. A perfect place for a great stay at an affordable price.

Very nice , serene and safe homestay in Kannur. Stayed for couple of nights with family and the stay has been excellent. The decor of homestay is simply refreshing. The hospitality offered from Mr Ibrahim is exceptional. Food was also good . It is at 5 min walking distance to Payyambalam beach. Will definitely visit again .
