Excellent service, very clean and quiet on a Monday... I prefer the weekdays as weekends can be a little crowded in my personal experience. The owners are very kind and generous, also note that they have excellent weekday specials that will include all of your delicious meals if you want to stay the night.

While not our usual style of lodging, we liked Hostería Jardín de la Calle. We stayed on the weekend when the hotel is inundated with day guests using the pool and spa facilities. If you want peace and quiet during the day, a weekend visit is not a good idea. But it was super quiet at night. Served a good breakfast and the insight restaurant was a nice choice for dinner.

When other reviewers mentioned that there was no water at night, I assumed they meant that the hotel neglected to provide bottled water. While that's true, the is also NO RUNNING WATER at night or early in the morning. I understand that in this area, the city only delivers water for a few hours in the morning. But most foreigners will be surprised when they can't wash their face or flush the toilet in the evening. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly adequate. Beautiful pools, nice meals, solid WiFi, absolutely no frills.

We only used the facilities for the day to enjoy a day out with family. There was a variety of seating areas for all and swimming pool areas which the kids could use family and adults could enjoy. The perk of the whole trip was that with the entry you got a selection of meals included in the price. Bonus!! The service was brilliant 👏 and we all had a wounderful time.

Very nice place to rest and spend time with family. Good pools for adults and children. The food is great, as well. Good service. Not expensive at all.

My relative car got a damage at the parking lot, when we requested to check the camera, the son of the owner in a terrible actitude and insulting got the father inside saying that we have to go to our lawyer. I Will never go back to that place and I recommended the owner to provide the son customer service classes and to get better manners. Bad experience.
