Spent Valentines week here and had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing! It was our first time with a Butler which was amazing, Alberto went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently to make sure that we were happy. The star friends made sure we were having fun and always treated us like we were VIP guests - special shout out to Alex and Yocardi-B Our lobby server Elizabeth always greeted us with a smile and friendly face. I do agree with many reviews that the food could be better. We did enjoy the Surf-in turf, and the Japanese steakhouse. Our room is beautiful and the cleaning staff made sure that it was up to par twice a day. We did upgrade to a swim out pool which was lovely although because there is not as much wind we did have some issues with mosquitoes. It also backs up to the other resort and doesn’t provide the best view.The next time we would upgrade to an ocean view instead. The beach was beautiful and the sand was as soft as powdered sugar although it was a bit windy so the waves were rougher than I would’ve liked. Overall we would rate this resort a 5 and can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time staying in an all inclusive and I’m completely blown away by this resort! Everyone is so genuine and accommodating. You’re treated like royal friends here! Jesus and Armando made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The rooms stayed so clean and made up daily. Even had our bath drawn with roses nightly when we returned from dinner. The public areas are clean and there’s much attention to detail payed in everything. The food was great! The French restaurant with the Duck entree was my favorite! I was looking forward the possibility of oysters but with the climate here they probably wouldn’t be the best anyway. The market on the resort had nearly everything I needed as our airline lost my luggage. The spa massages are WORTH IT! It’s so quiet and relaxing here with enough entertainment and things to do. You can take a golf cart ride to the near by Iberostar resorts for more fast paced nightlife, but we didn’t venture too much. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere here. We cannot wait to come back!!

This is an upscale resort with all the features for quality relaxation. The all adult facility has 5 excellent restaurants, a large area for breakfast and 2 places for lunch. The selections were amazing. Everything was well prepared. The restaurants offered multi course meals that were all so good! Alcohol and drinks all included with the package price. Plenty of seating at the pools and beach. Golf was extra. The rooms were very nice with balconies. Nightly entertainment was certainly good. Drinks and nightly music before dinner were enjoying nightly. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. This is our second visit and I will certainly recommend this facility to my friends and family.

My recent honeymoon stay at Iberostar Grand was nothing short of a disaster. As newlyweds hoping for a romantic and memorable experience, we were met with disappointment and frustration at every turn. I visited the beach bar that had received rave reviews for its picturesque location and vibrant atmosphere. However, I was deeply disappointed by the bar service I encountered during my visit. While the overall ambiance and beach setting were pleasant, the subpar service significantly marred my experience. The bar service at the pool was absolutely atrocious, the staff seemed uninterested and lacked attentiveness. It took an excessive amount of time for a waiter to acknowledge our presence, despite the fact that the bar was not overly crowded. Not to mention that every time my wife turned around the unprofessional staff stopped to stare and make comments. The staff at the pool section needs to be retrained on how to respect women and hold back on unnecessary comments. The worse part of all is if you stay there long enough you can see the staff sneak drinks downstairs to drink them themselves. We noticed how often this happened which is incredibly unprofessional. We had loved our stay at Iberostar in riviera Maya Mexico which is why we were excited to visit Punta Cana but we’re unfortunately let down. Save your time read this review and visit the Mexico location for way better service !

Really beautiful grounds, lobby, rooms were nice but facing the sister property which is not adults only and more associated noise was the result. Wonderful level of customer service top to bottom. Butlers were super nice and helpful making reservations and other excursions as well as answering questions. Food choices are plentiful but not up to 5 star standards. Presentation and delivery valued over hot fresh quality was our experience. We ate our most satisfying meals at the small poolside afternoon snack bar with chicken and steak sish-kabobs. The beach is clean and the water is gorgeous.

I had an amazing stay with my family. The food and amenities are so much more than we expected. The highlight was definitely the hospitality from the staff, especially our butler Armando. If you’re considering going, do it! Ask for Armando he’ll take nothing but the greatest care. We didn’t lift a finger our entire trip thanks to his unmatched service. Great stay would recommend. The room was spotless and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and property.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the perfect getaway. Elizabeth at the front is sweet and knowledgeable. The other staff is always happy and friendly. Our butler, Alberto is fantastic!! Please ask for him. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted out of this trip. He knew what we needed before we asked for it. The great thing about this resort is you can venture to the other 4 resorts Iberostar has to offer if you want to go shopping or go to the other nightly shows. Be adventurous and explorer the other resorts! This is a more calming and relaxing resort to come too. The pools are in the center of the resort with a great view of the beach. The beach is extremely clean but there is a bit of seaweed (but hey, it’s the ocean). The food is decent at the buffets and make sure to make reservations at the surf and turf and French restaurant. They do fill up fast so calling ahead of your trip may be beneficial if you enjoy eating early. Overall, it was a great experience and will be coming back here.

Service is next level. From the butlers to the pool bar staff, the service is the best we’ve ever seen. Thank you Eduardo and Juliana for giving us the most unforgettable vacation ever. Be sure to splurge on the ocean front room. You won’t regret it. Can’t wait to come back!

The resort is beautiful and well kept. There are plenty of cabanas and seating around the pools. The beach area is very nice as well with plenty of covered lounge chairs. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Our butler, Starling, provided excellent customer service and took care of all of our needs and even did a few special extras for our anniversary. The wait staff is top notch and there is a wide variety of food options. I enjoyed the outdoor shows the best and the evening entertainment in the lobby area. It was a very enjoyable stay!

We were thoroughly pleased with the resort and staff. We especially appreciated our butler team of Danilo and Robert who not only handled our regular needs, but engaged flawlessly on a couple of special requests. We were delighted to have them available throughout the week and they found us to ensure that every need was met. The food was great - our unexpected favorite was the French restaurant. All of the staff were professional in every way and focused on the guest experience. I’d like to point out that tropical storm Franklin passed through during our stay and the staff preserved the continuity of our stay as if it never happened. We highly recommend a stay here and would likely return.

We spent 7 nights and 8 days at the hotel. By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Armando was our butler and he ensured we had everything we wanted even before we knew we wanted it. Armando was knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful on the day’s activities and offered suggestions throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and the crews made an effort to constantly keep up. The food was definitely 5 star, to include the buffet. The drink service at all the locations throughout the hotel was awesome. We would come back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

Grand Iberostar was one the best resort I have been. Every one were very attentive. My room, the pool commons area were clean, the food was good, entertainment was excellent. Our butler Cesar was very nice and always asking what we need. Excellent! Angel the ambassador he went above and beyond to make things happen. I highly recommend Grand Iberostar. Love it!

Excellent stay at this resort. Our first time at an all inclusive, so nothing to compare it to, but some take aways. Pros: Poolside entertainment was solid -games, dance lessons, etc. General service staff were attentive and generally seemed happy to be there. Twice daily housekeeping service was a nice touch (clean up & evening turn down) Butler service was a nice touch. Food was very good. The “Japanese” restaurant was our favorite. Resort grounds were meticulous. Check in/check out was a breeze. Cons: Unless you ask for a “double” or “strong”, the drinks are pretty weak. A lot of salespeople roaming about pushing the “Star Prestige” package, photo shoots, etc. Started to become a bit annoying. So why only 4 stars? They advertise as a 5 star establishment, and if you’ve ever stayed at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, you’ll expect more.

My wife and I love this place. We've celebrated our anniversary here. The staff are one of the biggest things that set the resort apart. They are kind and fun. Quick with whatever you ask them. Shout-out to Cairdi-B! People like her and the entertainment team make it so fun. Thanks against for a great stay!

This place is amazing! We stayed here for 8 nights and don’t have any complaints. The breakfast and lunch buffets are high quality and diverse. All of the dinner restaurants were great! The Surf & Turf and the Japanese restaurants were our favorite. The service in all of the restaurants was quick and attentive. Staling was great and helped us get all of our reservations for dinner, made sure our room was clean, and so much more. We basically lived in the pools and the bar service was top notch. We would LOVE to come back here again.

Fantastic views, hospitality, and cleanliness. The staff here ensure that your stay and atmosphere stays top tier. I never saw the bottom of a cup, they made sure there was a new drink IN HAND at every turn. The ability to go to the other sister resorts was fun as well, always kept me and my wife entertained. We also booked an excursion with them to go ATV riding and cenote swimming, GREAT time. We always felt safe and welcomed in every space we entered. Also, GET THE WELCOME DRINK, it’s amazing!!

This resort never disappoints! The entertainment team is top notch! Yocari B is such an upbeat fun woman! She kept us involved with all the many activities the resort has to offer. Our butler Cesar took great care of us and made sure our anniversary and my wife’s birthday were we’ll celebrated. The entire staff make you feel welcome. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained.

Our first time visiting Punta Cana & it did not disappoint. We received the beat service while staying at Iberostar Grand. Our butler, Dawel was exceptional in accommodating any of our needs requested. The entire staff at the Grand were terrific. I would recommend the Grand with a beyond 5 star rating. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this resort again.

The resort itself was beautiful! Very quiet and clean….simply stunning and “grand”. The Christmas decor and lights were very tasteful and perfect to get you in the holiday spirit. The food was all very good - but very different. We did find something we liked at each restaurant and definitely didn’t go hungry (or thirsty!)…we were able to take a short golf cart to the sister resort and it was so fun…a completely different vibe so we were able to get the best of both worlds for no additional cost. Upon check in, we were surprised to find out we had our own personal Butler - Staling…he was such a sweetheart and attentive to our needs. He was easy to get in touch with and truly made our stay worry free! The bartender boys were all such a delight and made our beach days memorable!! Brush up on your Spanish…it’s helpful to know a few words. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time and it was exactly as we had hoped. The service was excellent and our butler, Jose, was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Ask for him by name! Our housekeeping was top notch (provided by Dihanna) and we loved coming back at night to all the snacks and drinks we wanted. Oh, and don’t miss using the tub with a great view, jets and total comfort. My final thanks goes to the spa and one of the best massages I’ve had in years from Esther. A very relaxing vacation. My wife and I spent a week for our honeymoon here and simply put – this resort is worth the trip. The facility is very well maintained, the rooms were spotless and taken care of daily by housekeeping, the pool is crystal clear, and the white sands of the beach were raked each day to remove debris. Although we didn’t use many of his services, our butler – Dawel – was wonderful; he gave us the lay of the resort, made our reservations, and made sure we were doing okay by checking in on us during our stay. The resort staff – especially our buddy, Juan A. – were friendly, professional, and always looking to make sure any of our wants or needs were met. For any first timers, here are a few things we wish we had known; Many of the reviews we read praised the food, but in our experience, the food was ‘okay’ which isn’t to say it was bad, but we weren’t impressed either. I will say that the buffet has more than enough options for just about anyone to find something they will like. The pool cabanas and front row chairs for the beach will be ‘claimed’ very early in the morning. In fact, there were some days where couples could not find any chairs available by the pool. Speaking of the pool, the water is warm, so you can stay in it all day, but don’t expect a refreshing dip from the heat; use the gorgeous beach for that. The day we arrived; we were asked to meet the next morning with our concierge to review some available coupons for our stay. Apparently, this is a requirement for the concierge staff, so be prepared to meet with them. Additionally, although we stated we were not interested in any services during our meeting, we were still offered a sample spa service that we had to later decline. This is all to say that you may experience some sales pushes, so be prepared to politely decline.

We were there over the 4th of July holiday; the resort put on quite a show in the lobby and in the theater, so impressive and fun. The grounds are just beautiful and so well maintained. Specialty restaurants and the main buffet are scrumptious. Can't say enough about the Star Entertainment team who try so hard to make sure the guests are having a good time and engaged in the activities. I tried the Spanish lessons and I was awful, but thankfully, Shaggy, was a great teacher; he should consider teaching as a second career! And Black Cloud definitely kept things lively by the pool! Can't wait to go back next year.

We read previous posted reviews and have to say that what we saw was spot-on! We have vacationed many places in the Caribbean and have NEVER had such a phenomenal experience as we've had at the Iberostar Grand Punta Cana! We LOVED everything about this resort, especially the staff! We have never been treated so kindly and with so much attention to detail. Even after only a week, we feel a connection to many of the great people at the resort who made our stay so enjoyable. Everyone here made us feel like we were their priority. Treated us like royalty! Thanks to you all! We will be back! A special shout-out to our Butlers Gerlyn and Armando! Two of the super-friendliest and helpful people ever! We appreciate all that you did for us to make our stay an extra special experience! Thank you both!

Amazing stay, it was a more then great! If you like being pampered and relax without any worries Iberostar grand Bavaro is the place to stay! The butlers were on top of all our needs and the hospitality of all the staff was exceptional! There are many activities to do throughout your stay. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Our all time favorite destination our entire family loved Grand Bávaro! Service was top notch food was excellent! Rooms were nice n cool for hot Dominican! Spacious and cleaned often!Happened to be my birthday and staff made it extremely special! The pools and grounds are beautiful! I could go on and on with 5 stars all around!! The evening shows were amazing too!!! We will be back!!!

My husband & I had the most wonderful time on our vacation! The hotel and our room were beautiful. Everything about the attention to detail at this place shows how much they care about their guests. The staff is very warm, friendly and kind—with a special shout out to our butler, Edward. No request was too large or too small for this man, who took good care of us & anticipated our needs. We will fondly remember the “welcome drink,” which started our week of pampering and pleasure. Meals were well prepared and presented, with the buffets lacking for nothing. The weak spot for me was the French restaurant. I ordered the mushroom soup, which had a muddy appearance, texture and flavor. The beef tenderloin au poivre not only lacked the pepper crust I expected, but was drenched in a very unpleasantly sweet sauce. The other restaurants were delightful. The beach, the pools, the beautiful flowers & landscaping, the grounds and the beautiful Dominican smiles will be with us forever. Can’t wait to go back!❤️

I have been to many all inclusive but this is hands down the best all inclusive I have been to. From the grounds keepers to the staff. Our butlers Alberto and Darlyn were amazing they made our stay hassle free any questions were answered if you needed something they were so quick to help. And the house keepers are ninjas they never disturb you but your room is always clean . There are no do not disturb signs but you do not need them because they are ninjas.

The resort is top notch. Plenty to do. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We wanted for nothing the entire time we stayed. Eduardo was our concierge and he was on top of everything from stocking our room to reservations for anything we needed. We came back to the room and the jetted tub was filled with bubbles, rose petals. Bottle of champagne was chilled. This place is awesome!

This is our fourth stay at the Grand Bavaro…every visit gets better than the one before! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, the beach and pools are fantastic and the food is excellent! Some of the rooms could use a pick me up as they are getting dated in style but they are clean, neat and comfortable. Also, as I’ve said before, it’s the staff that makes this resort the best. From the bellhop to the butler, grounds keeper to masseuse, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! They will do whatever they need to make your stay as perfect as possible. I need to especially thank the following staff members who went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful…Cesar and Eduardo - our butlers, who made sure we had everything we wanted and needed in our room and reservations for dinner, golf and the spa. Morning coffee delivery was amazing! Nadine and Rosa from the spa who gave us fantastic massages - you’ve made me convert! Samuel, the waiter at the breakfast buffet, who always had a smile, a joke and a cup of coffee ready to go for us - thanks! And also Perla, our maid who created the most amazing towel animals for us! I look forward to booking our trip for next year!

My wife and I stayed at the Iberostar Grand Bávaro for 10 nights and we had a wonderful time.This is our seventh stay at the IGB.Every visit gets better than the one before. We loved everything about this resort , especially the staff. The staff are amazing,so friendly,super friendly and helpful! It’s absolutely phenomenal! I would especially like to note the Loraine’s professionalism and hard work at main buffet restaurant.Also thanks waiter Benjamin.Butler’s service by Salvatore was great.We definitely recommend choosing this resort.Thanks so much and see you next year.Irina and Igor

All around great all-inclusive experience. The staff is exceptional, especially José and Wellington who were very on top of everything we could have possibly needed. They knew our schedule and coordinated every service around it seamlessly. All of the pool, bar, and restaurant staff were great as well. Judging by the other resorts I saw when walking the beach, this is definitely the one you want to stay at if you're coming to Punta Cana.

We had a great time at the Grand Bavaro and would highly recommend it! Our butlers Jose and Wellington were so accommodating and helpful. They decorated our room for my birthday and it was SO cute and nice. Every person who works at the resort was kind and helpful and I was shocked at their ability to remember faces and orders! Lely, the bartender at the pool bar, was such a fun time and makes a great drink! There were several entertainers who worked at the pool who were so fun and created a really fun vibe. The food was great! Some restaurants were better than others but they were all good. I saw a few reviews prior to coming down that said people were pestered about tips and/or reviews and that was absolutely not our experience. I would definitely take those with a grain of salt.

My friend and I stayed at the Grand for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. It was way fancier and nicer than we expected. The grounds were beautiful. Service was excellent, from the airport transport to the butler/concierge, to the restaurants, bars and pools. The beach is clean and beautiful. There are many pools that are not crowded at all. It is very quiet and peaceful, but there are activities for those who want them and music in the lobby in the evenings. Our butler Danilo was excellent!

Amazing resort and staff. Our concierge Eduardo was great. He made recommendations on drinks to try, and was quick with all requests. Maribel took great care of our room and even left a towel animal our last night. Our only negative was that the pools and hot tubs close at 8PM, but there are plenty of night activities on property to partake in!

All the staff here at the Grand were amazing, friendly and gave us a relaxing vacation together. Our butlers, Danilo and Staling were very attentive and able to give us everything we wanted and more! The beach was lovely, clean and plenty of lounge chairs for all. The swim up bar at the pool was a must do every afternoon and lots of fun playing bingo! All the bartenders were AMAZING! For lunch, our favorite was the grill area where Victor remembered us each day, knew exactly what we wanted and took the extra time to make sure we were having a good time. The staff at all our dinner reservations were friendly and service was good. Thank you Juan for your hard work and taking care of us every breakfast and dinner! I had a wonderful relaxing massage at the Spa. The Grand staff really made our stay everything we could have imagined!

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and very kind. Hot Coffee was one of the employees that always made sure we were having a great time! The entertainment was great, the food was great, the beds were oh so comfy. The beaches and pools were stunning. We will definitely be headed back to this spot!

I just enjoyed my third stay here. We stayed 3 nights this time and it wasn’t enough. Yocairi-B was so entertaining and sweet during our entire trip. She remembered our names after telling her once and recognized us every day. Everyone is so polite and friendly. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. We are already planning a return trip.

The stay and resort was amazing. Daily house keeping and good food selection from room service menu. Edward make the stay more welcoming and provided my mom and I with great care for her birthday celebration. Would love to visit again.

The hotel was a great experience. There was always someone willing to go above and beyond to get you whatever you could want. From the wonderful servers around the pool to everyone at all the restaurants. The food and drinks were wonderful. Our butlers Alby and Dawel were wonderful to work with and fulfilled our every wish. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling for their honeymoon. Our every need was met and any complaints we had were fixed immediately! Our room was cleaned daily, and we got restocked with our mini fridge. Ery was our favorite bartender out at the poolside bar! He made sure we had a fun experience! Edward our butler was so sweet, he made sure we had everything exactly the way we wanted it! Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Highest quality vacation I’ve ever been on! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort was super clean and luxurious. Our butlers Danilo and Staling made sure every last detail was perfect, from organizing our restaurant reservations to making sure our room was well stocked with anything we’d need for our stay. The Star Friends events group always had activities going on such as dance lessons, games, and shows. We especially loved working with Armando, Yanna, and Joanna who always looked out for us and helped us have the best time.

100% a 5 star experience! We booked this resort because we couldn’t believe the reviews and they live up to them. The staff is amazing! So kind and helpful. Our butler, Jose, was a true gem! He remembered my husband’s birthday and had many surprises for him throughout the day. He also made reservations for us so that we didn’t have to worry about where to eat. The resort has top shelf drinks flowing nonstop! The grounds are dreamy and the spa was heaven! The grand is an adult only resort, which made it feel more peaceful. We will be back soon! Service staff really made us feel welcome and valued. Room was immaculate with Ocean view. White sand beaches were amazing and clean. All of the restaurants were good and we enjoyed the food. The grounds are perfectly kept and beautiful. Our butlers Cesar and Julio really went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was also a lot of fun with the dancing especially Alex and Gucci Johanna and Maria. They always made everything fun. For my wife's 40th birthday they went above and beyond with room decorations and champagne fruit and desserts in the room.

We went on a vacation during February vacation and stayed at the adults only resort. The resort was very clean and staff was very accommodating. The food was much better than expected. We stepped out of our comfort zones with some of our orders and were pleasantly surprised. Options for multiple pools and beachfront enjoyment. There are plenty of things to offer at the resort and we did not venture off; however you can book excursions through the front desk.

This was a great spot for first time vacationers. We had a fabulous trip. The weather was phenomenal, service was even better. The food was outstanding: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We worried about nothing. Darlyn and Alberto took care of everything for us, from dining reservations to extras for our room. Everyone we ran into was friendly and willing to help and answer our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our Butler Edward made sure our every need was exceeded. He really made us feel like VIPs all week. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food selection & quality is great as well. The whole resort is kept very clean & bug free unlike other resorts we have been at in the Dominican. Their beach has very friendly waiters coming by delivering drinks every 5-10minutes. Also the beach is bug-free unlike others that have sand fleas 🤮

Very good vacation and property love the hotel and food along with amenities all are very good and above all our expectations. The fine dining and choices were very good and we enjoyed the main buffet the most so we can go when we wanted. Beach side huts are special and our favorite spot to be. Room and accommodations are very very nice along with all hospitality services very well done. Always clean and helpful. Jose - our room butler was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed and he help make our experience very special. We will come back. Gucci from entertainment services was always fun and enjoyable around the pool and resort happy to see everyone and always helpful. Our stay at the Grand was fantastic! We pulled up to the hotel and Sammy was there to greet us with his smile that lights up a room and his incredibly friendly demeanor. Eduardo, our butler was so kind, attentive, and professional. I hope this man get a bonus or raise or both! We forgot to lock our safe in our room one day and he came to find us to inform us it was left open. He then walked back to our room with us along with a security guard to make sure all our valuables and money were accounted for. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The food was so yummy and there is a vast variety to choose from. The dance parties, the karaoke in the sail boat bar, and the live entertainment and dancing in the main lobby at night created an incredibly fun atmosphere and experience. We will definitely be back.

We came to the Grand for a 5 day stay and what an amazing experience this was. We had our own personal butlers for the entire stay (Jesus & Armando) who were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond the entire stay for us. All of the staff at the resort were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The level of service at this resort and the Dominican in general is amazing. The hospitality is hands down the best. The food at all the restaurants was phenomenal. Highly recommend staying at this resort and getting your stay to include butler service.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The staff and service was absolutely incredible. The food was always very good with a lot of options! The staff here makes you feel like you are apart of their family and ensure you have a good time! We had a blast! I cannot wait to come back! Armando and Jesus were our butlers and they were the definitely the best, so nice and made the trip so much better!

Jose and Edward were exceptional from the time we arrived. They took care of all of our needs, helped schedule tours, meals, made recommendations, and attended to all of our needs. I experienced food born sickness, and both were very attentive, checking on me regularly and making sure I had everything for a speedy recovery. Eliezer and other staff provided excellent service during all of meals. The maid service was also excellent. Every one of them were always smiling and pleasant. Last but not least, the resort is beautiful. The grounds are spectacular.

The resort was very luxurious and well kept. All of the dinning choices were amazing along w/ the 24-hour room service. I upgraded to the Prestige package, but to me it wasn't worth it. I did not receive my bottle of wine every night. Only the first 2 nights of my 5 night stay. The resort is adults only but it seems to attract an older crowd. There is no night life on the resort. The photographer was amazing. He was very good at finding the right angles and locations for pictures. My concierge, Willian, was AMAZING. He was on top of everything I needed and offered great restaurant advice for off site dining. My room was beautiful with amazing views. Everything looked exactly like the pictures online. The hospitality was amazing. The cleaning staff would decorate the room so nice during the day and offer turn down service. I think this would be a great place to vacation after retirement; but for the 40 and under club looking for more of a night life experience, this is not it.

We visited the Iberostar resort for a family wedding. It was our first time at an all inclusive resort. We were blown away by the service! Our butler, Staling, took great care of us! He even added in little surprises throughout the trip to make it exceptional. The rooms were so clean, the entire resort was well taken care of. We had everything we needed. Alex, our dance instructor made our salsa lesson super fun. All of the staff were kind and accommodating, they remembered us each day and always had our favorites at breakfast and dinner. My favorite part was the beach! I could stay out there all day! Highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed.
