EDIT: Almost a year later since returning to the UK and despite visiting multiple salons, I haven't been able to get a haircut that comes anywhere close to the exceptional service I recieved at Sera Hair Salon!

I have been coming to Sera since 2005, my hair is always to the perfection on color. She is a color professional, has never damaged my hair. Her price is decent in line with the market. She never takes advantage to charge more or have your hair done if it’s not necessary.

It's hard to get reds natural looking, but Sera Salon delivers! I came here after a coworker had her hair done in beautiful shades of caramel, and will be happily going back for my cuts & colors while in Pristina.

I'm very satisfied with the results of my hair color and haircut from Sera Hair Salon. The staff is great and very professional. I stayed almost the whole day in the salon because the volume of my hair nedeed a lot of work :), but felt very welcomed and relaxed. I totally recommend this place.

As my natural hair is dark brown and I have been dyeing it blonde for years at all types of salons and always ended up turning out yellow but I am really pleased with Sera salons work as my hair turned out clean blonde and not one yellow strand ! Thank you so much , so happy with the hair : )

Absolutely fantastic salon! They were very flexible for my first appointment, and did wonders on my hair! I asked to go from a dark brown to a lighter brown, and the results exceeded my expectations! They then gave me the most beautiful blowout style. The stylists were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I personally have very curly hair(3B), and they did so well taking care of it! I returned two days later to recreate the blowout, and the owner was willing to come in a little earlier to style my hair so I would have enough time for my flight. I am so thankful for this salon and will be returning when I am back in Kosovo! This salon is one of the best.
