Boxring
Stuttgart
was
by
far
the
most
important
turning
point
in
my
fitness
progress.
Different
trainers
lead
the
trainings,
with
each
trainer
more
or
less
making
his
own
training
plan
with
his
own
focus
point.
Trainings
consist
of
up
to
an
hour
of
fitness
training,
and
the
remaining
of
the
90mins
with
a
stronger
focus
on
boxing
techniques.
The
daily
classes
are
open
for
all
(newbies
to
experts,
although
there
are
two
classes
per
week
specially
for
people
who
have
never
done
any
boxing
training),
and
there
are
also
sparring
classes
for
the
more
advanced.
All
classes
are
well
moderated,
organized,
and
pumped
with
good
mood
(choice
of
music
is
impeccable)
I
have
went
from
going
once
a
week,
to
five
times
a
week
just
because
of
the
good
environment.
Twice
a
year
a
big
event
is
organized
for
friends
and
family
of
all
members
to
socialize
(grill,
kicking
a
ball
around
the
park,
casually
getting
to
know
one
another.)
My
bar
has
been
raised
very
high
thanks
to
this
club.
