If it was possible i would rate hospital negative😌 If you want to visit this so called hospital, you should have a great level of patience because so called MD holder doctors never arrive on time. You will be waiting for hours and receptionist still hold guts to say Doctor will be arriving in 30 mins. Avalon is so unmanaged that you will be regretting admitting your patient here for sure. I would suggest the reader to choose another hospital rather than Avalon. Thankyou😊

Admitted here for laparoscopy surgery. My surgery was done successfully by Dr. abhishek biswas. We are totally satisfied with the service and all the stuff are very cooperative. Very neat and clean hospital. Quality team is very active to monitor the services.

I visit in hospital an emersency ,i wait around 2 hours for doctor but there is no one...i think in this hospital there is no responsiblity.........and such a bad thing is that doctor drunk a fully..

I am admitted here for stomach pain and severe vomiting. Still I am here in Avalon hospital. All the staffs especially nurses are caring me like a family member. I am so much happy with the staffs and the service. Doctors are visiting regularly. I am going to discharge from the hospital tomorrow. After getting discharge I will miss all the nurses and staffs. Here the quality manager kishore sir is taking care of all the patient and the hygiene part of the hospital. Excellent quality service. Thanks once again

Doctor is undoubtedly beyond question. But service has to improved. We didn't get TV connections till today. Canteen has demanded advance payment. Overall the hospital is good but service has to be improved a lot. Apart from doctor, we give special thanks to madam who stood by us at the time of discharge at reception whose name and designation is not known to us.

Hospital is good. I am 2nd timer in this hospital, The quality has been very much improved from before ,when I visited hospital last time in January is was not very good not felt like getting admitted but now the quality is so much improved and better. Will suggest others to visit the hospital for treatment. And other thing is if water is provided in the hospital it was better. Dr. Rahul Treated me good. The quality is so much improved I m amazed.

I have done USG on 11 September 2023.but still the USG report is not delivered to me .always saying that USG printer man is not available .since three weeks.there is not a such person. I'm very much disappointed 😔😔😔😔😔😔 of the Avalon hospital and teams work....

Very bad consumer service. They think that the patient is free enough to call them on daily basis for the report which was done one month ago and after contacting them they are like you should call me daily for report updates as if we here are free sitting here to contact them. I think the hospital is responsible to contact the patient party for the report and suggest what should be done.
