The hotel is located in a good prime location with nearby big brand shops and malls. All the facilities are good and the hotel looks quite new and well maintained. I just stayed for a few hours so didn't get a chance to explore it. The service is also good and fast. Only thing I didn't like that much was the highly priced restaurant. The food menu is quite good though. Definitely worth coming back again.

Visited restaurant today. Pathetic taste of food. Requested to call chef but refused to come. Too sweet pasta in spite of telling waiter that I am diabetic. Next dish had excess of salt. Garlic bread was ice cold and very very dry. All together very bad experience for food. Though the waiter Mr Biswnath serviced with a smile.

Superb place and great property, courteous staff ( Mausumi at the front desk is really a very gentle and caring person that makes any guest feel at home. Very tasty food with huge selection of breakfast spread. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG IN CHOOSING THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Nice newly constructed property. Good room's. Dinner was very delicious and having only vegetarian options was good . Loved to stay. Should surely try to stay . Nice place.

I don't know how people are posting such good reviews about this hotel. The layout of the reception is sad. Could not understand whom to meet. The staff at the reception did not seem interested in us and nor helpful. The rooms were pathetic. We booked a deluxe room and the pictures on the net made me feel they would be comfortable. The room was extremely conjusted could not fit our luggage at all. No walking space in the room at all after the baggage was placed. The food was good but priced high. The manager did jot seem interested in my concern at all. They shifted us in another room but of the same size. Very disappointed with the space in the room for the price paid. Very disappointed. Avoid this hotel as I am sure there are more and better options available.

Stayed in 2 Premium rooms as we are 4 adults and two children including my senior citizen parents on 25th to 26 th of this month. Premium rooms are really small and designed only for two people. If you have kid or kids with you, avoid it. Bathroom was clogged and overnight rain make the bathroom overflowed and water flooded the room. They should have checked the premium room properly before allotting it to the guest. Breakfast is good and food taste is good too. Restaurant staves are really good. Mini bar and in table room items are priced more than Taj or ITC, don't know why they are charging more than MRP. Strange incident..... mostly in checkouts, front desk ask for whether we have consumed anything or not and bill is settled. Here after completing billing and on boarding to my car, we are asked to wait for 10 min as they are to check the room. After that, we are given green signal to leave. Surprised by such action which we never faced all over India even in Taj, Lalit or ITC.

One of the worst in hospitality, and nobody listens to the queries. The food in the banquet is kept in such a manner that it's very ridiculous for a vegetarian person to eat. They should separately keep the veg & non vegetarian food, but they clubbed it together, making it uncomfortable for a vegetarian to eat. Never will suggest anybody to book the banquet unless they make it right.

We checked in at 10:15pm which was smooth. Restaurant was kind enough to serve dinner that late which was appreciated. Food quality was good as well as the service. Room sizes are very small for the price being charged - I felt like I was in an IBIS hotel. They DO NOT have a GYM, SPA or a pool - strange but true. Breakfast has yet to be checked out. So it's a casual business hotel with an exorbitant price tag. I am sure there will be better choices.

Ramada encore has positioned itself just right, its not to far away from the durbar and at the same time you can access entire thamel market by foot. Staff and service is really good as it is expected. Rooms are clean with all the necessary arrangements. Breakfast is top notch. However somehow i feel that the food choices for the guests with meal included in their package could have a little more substance.

Room and location is 4 star Yet its a 2 star... Its Simple, unlike all Ramadas i had been - may 12-15 of them.. the Siliguri one doesn't have a bar, a pub or disc, no pool, no Gym .. yet its a 4 star. Oh the restaurant serves veg And at room you can take non veg ..funny !!! You just confine in your room and watch TV ... Wishes !!! :)

Rating Ramada is always a waste of time. The chain of a Ramada is famously known for its courteous staff, pleasant stay, great food and hospitality and this is no different plus its location gives you access to all the malls in the town plus the local Hongkong and Sel Setha market. Must travel must stay. Highly recommended

Stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time & the experience was sad. Look of the hotel is good but rooms are too small , in comparison to the cost Last 2 nights central ac was not working , it's pathetic, staff members hardly respond at night
