This hotel is way too in the interior, no ola or Uber can service this area. It is a bit too expensive compared to the services they offer. Gym is not available and swimming pool is quiet dirty. The room in which I stayed was neat and clean but it had smoky smell and the bathroom door frame had wood burning marks , bottom was completely charred. I have uploaded some photos. When asked the staff, they denied any fire incident. Overall, if you do not have your own car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Especially if you have to catch a flight, coz you will have to take a cab arranged by the hotel, which is twice and expensive. Plus points 1. Breakfast is really good. 2. Parking is available.

Situated bang on the highway, this a wonderful property. Beautifully landscaped with a bar, gym and swimming pool one is transported into another world. The Restaurant offers excellent food and service, the staff are also efficient. Housekeeping, Reception are all very responsive. The day staff at the reception area are are always smiling and very friendly in contrast to the night staff at both the reception and gates who are grumpy, gruff and unresponsive. A couple of suggestions is to include non veg food too in the menu. Secondly if they could have a weighing machine handing for guests who would like to weigh their baggage before boarding their flights. All in all an excellent experience

I stayed here for my visit to Siliguri, and must say it was a very neatly maintained property with all the facilities you need to relax. Best part is Resturant... food is so so yummy 😋 enjoyed the Soya Chaap. And yes don't miss the perfect Chole Bhature for breakfast. Highly recommended 👍👍

Pathetic resort, They have taken my advance payment and have not returned it. It's almost 2 years now. My wedding was planned at this resort and due to covid and local govt guidelines,it was not allowed to arrange any programs and gathering. They commited to return it back as this was due to unavoidable situation.till date they have not yet returned a single penny. The amount given by me was 1 lakh. We even discussed the same with MR pradeep Agrawal the owner of the property, being an owner it is his responsibility to hear it out to his customers, but see this guy, he blocks you everytime Shame on you Mr.Agrawal. Keep deleting my reviews also! You will regret one day for sure You can never hide form the gods eye. You will have to pay this one day! Guys,it is my humble Request, Never book at this resort,if due to unavoidable circumstances or due to local govt norms,if you need to cancel it out,you won't be getting back any advance payment A Respected citizen A respected citizen

The cleanliness & sanity the place has is beyond excellent. The service is also too good & the staff is very polite & helpful too. Although the place is pure vegetarian but, the vegetarian food is so good that it competes the non veg food very well. Would recommend 10/10.

Extremely unprofessional! Please avoid. The hotel denied my booking of 15 rooms made 6 months in advance when they received the option to host a wedding on the same dates. Additionally, there is no single person to be held responsible - with multiple hotel staff calling you from different numbers, and providing different reasons for why they can't honor the booking done on their platform. Please take insurance against denied check-in if booking through portals such as MMT

The room shown in the photos while booking was totally different from the room provided... Upon complaint, it was told that photos were wrong on all the online platforms. A traveler books a room looking at the photos...and if they are not provided what's being shown, the hotel is at fault. Rooms were average...no views from the room. Food is expensive for the taste provided. Not recommended.

The service in the restaurant is extremely poor the man power is very less, they should add more people in their resturant part, the food quality is very good but they should really work on their services.

The hotel is quite good, also its huge but the staff is not polite enough and they didn't even offered us the welcome drink and snacks which they offer to my other members which as they said it was till 7PM. And we reached their by 7:15PM their manager is egoistic and behaves as he is in the top of the world. They need to change the manager and overall everything is good the taste of the food is the best in the restaurant.

Decent & good rooms for the price they charge. I felt the hotel is slightly dim lit. But everything was else was good. Their restaurant offers excellent pure veg food. We loved the food and enjoyed the dinner with love music.

Horrible food , horrible GM , they don’t even know the H of Hospitality, the staffs laugh on your face even when they fail to serve the food after making you wait for 30 mins , and the general manager is seen screaming at the restaurant kitchen for unavailbility of raw materials , fortunately the entire incident is recorded , and can be shared in case of proof needed , would Never suggest this hotel to anyone . Money was a waste .

Very nice hotel, I was en route to Guwahati (via car) and had taken room for night stay. Manager (Mr. BABAI) is a very nice guy and very professional. The rooms were well maintained. I was traveling with my family and have a small child thus was very particular about cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel lived upto my expectations. I had dinner from Hotel restaurant- the food quality was nice. I am truely impressed by the hospitality of this hotel. Only small issue that I felt was that I had go a big inside the city and next day had come all the way out to follow my route to destination. However, due to the quality of stay- I do not regret my decision. I will soon be returning back and will again book this hotel. Good job to the hospitality team.

The stay was pleasant but there was a lot of disturbance and negligence in the service. The team took long time to get back. The food is rather okay, not so great. The ambience and place is goood enough

I had booked this hotel during my visit to sikkim and darjeeling and on the way to Gangtok from bagdogra. Room was fine however the towels and sheets were not clean and fresh . staff is courteous. food at restaurant was good we liked the soup and fried rice. Location is bit away from siliguri city

Great place to stay. The hotel is very well maintained and has an amazing interior. The restaurant has an amazing vibe with some great food. The overall property is very big with multiple halls, garden and swimming pool

The hotel location seems perfect for those tourist who wants to visit hills for traveling. And the view is also very good. It's just that the local market could be at a distance from this hotel.

The swimming pool water was bright green in colour. When we requested the staff to clean the pool, they said it is perfectly fine and can be used. After much insistence, they just emptied out the pool and we couldnt use the very thing we booked a stay at this resort. The food at the resort's restaurant is also very disappointing. We ordered basic sandwich and bundi raita. It was so salty, we had to throw it away. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping team was excellent.

If you're driving towards Darjeeling, Mirik, Sukhia Pokhri etc and want to bypass the city traffic of Siliguri, then this hotel is ideal for you. Take a left turn at Matigara and drive for a few kms towards Rohini/ Pankhbari/Rishi road. The rooms are large in size with modern fixtures and amenities. Ample parking space inside the premises. The restaurant is vegetarian only, however the quality of food is good. The buffet breakfast includes a large number of North , south Indian and continental dishes and is real value for money if it comes complimentary with the room. Great deals are available if you book online from their website.

Great Place. We had our group lunch here and the all veg menu was very good. Very ably handled by Mr. Babbai Das. Definitely visit and enjoy the food. The quality and ambience is very good.

Business class room. Great restaurant and food. Location is out side city. Great place if you want to catch flight from bagdogra airport(20 minutes away.)

I don’t understand their check in time, especially when maximum of the trains and buses arrive at NJP/SNT in the early morning. The shocking part was after I reported at the reception desk, and kept my luggages their and went to have breakfast at their restaurant. A waiter in front of me asked the restaurant manager to take my bills because officially I didn’t check in (it was 8:30 in the morning), and the way of saying this was so disrespectful and humiliating at the same time! What do they think? If a guy can pay 3000 bucks+ for a room, can’t they pay a breakfast worth some few hundred bucks! Train your employees to be respectful towards your guests. You’ve enlisted your property in agoda, wich has an international reputation for providing quality accommodations, so act like it. Very humiliating experience!

Quite liked the hotel, especially their pure veg restaurant. Very tasty food. The rooms were good with most amenities you would expect. The linen did not feel all that fresh although it was not smelling bad but I did not get the comfy feeling sleeping on the pillows. Else, 5-star on all other counts. There is an open area behind the hotel where one can walk after dinner.

I stayed this hotel in the month of December 2021. The ambience of the hotel is good. Room amenities are also good. Good, hospitable staff. Only thing that's needed is little bit of maintenance and cleaniness.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with good food and excellent staff! We stayed at Four Vedas and the family room was so spacious with 2 beds .The restaurant has excellent vegetarian food.Although we are non vegetarian but the preparation of the food was so good that we loved it.I had forgotten my sunglasses in the room and the staff couriered it to me in Mumbai!! I recommend this hotel of you are looking for a relaxing comfortable stay !

Four Vedas is a decent place to go to if you're looking for pure vegetarian food. The staff, interior, conduct, ambience, lighting, food quality, service is perfect. It's the best restrauant and a must prestraunt to eat at. Overall a very posh and good experience with decent food pricing. Loved it.

In this part of the country they should have atleast basic non veg options, no meal option at night. We had to sleep hungry. On asking in the front desk they didnt even have sandwitches for the night not acceptable

Third class hotel with third class manager, even aftr paying double for room they ask 5000 per person for extra person, even 5 star doesnt charge that much, redt the property is average , totally hyped. No items in breakfast. Staff totally working on tips have no respect.

Visited their Restaurant .Ambience is sophisticated and the staff are are well trained. Food was good. A bit expensive but it worthy according to the place.

Stayed for one night due to cancellation of my scheduled flight. Was really surprised by the quality of the property. Nicely maintained with lot of open space. The rooms were spacious with a nice work station and good internet connectivity. The restaurant served some excellent Indian vegetarian delicacies.
