This is situation at Shiv mandir, siliguri. This is very nice place for spending time with friends, family and tasty snacks. Behavior of the staffs are well. Taste of foods are just wow!.. Tea, snacks, cakes, Pat is, sandwich, chocolates, coffee are also available. Overall the perfect place for having breakfast and evening snacks.

This is the best hangout cafe I have ever come across. So beautifully it was decorated for Christmas. Actually I had visited with my sister for a pastry 🍰🍰🍰trial so that we can decide and place an order for the Christmas cake 🎂🎂🎂 and I must say that it's the best choice 😅 They have an outdoor as well indoor seating area though it's small but it's so cute and cozy. A variety of pastry and bakery is available also if you're looking for a quick bite of sandwiches including coffee and tea then here you can go for it 😏😏😏😏. Prices are so reasonable and the quality of food is awesome. You won't regret it 😉😉😉 The staff are so helpful . Very good service and very suggestive. 😀😀😀 They're especially famous for pastry. So as soon as we had a bite... We were so mesmerized by its tastes that we placed an order for the Christmas Cake 🎂🎂🎂😅😅😅 . Overall my experience was so good and would like to recommend it to everyone. 😊😊😊

It's a new outlet at Shiv mandir, Siliguri, located on the Asian Highway 2. Glenary's is very famous for its Confectioneries. The main outlet being at Mall, Darjeeling. The Shiv mandir outlet is the 3rd one after the Bagdogra. One can walk into anyone of the outlets and enjoy the delicious and mouth watering snacks along with a cup of coffee of your choice.

I am giving one star not on the basis of food but on the basis of employees there who literally lied to me and my husband just an hour and half ago when I went to buy a cake.There was a cake displayed and I asked them if they have another one they said it's was the only one left.So having no option I bought that cake . Meanwhile while they were writing on our cake a customer came and asked if they have cake and Vola they said they have and took out the other cake from back and asked her what to write.I didn't understand why should they lie.I should have directly confronted them but I thought it best to write a review.I have always loved Glenarys but such act of some employee could make us sad.

The name says it all - Sadly the food quality does not ! Tried settling down with a cappuccino and pastry several occasions but sadly the quality of their pastries is terrible.Presentation is good but taste far do.The sponge they use is dry,the icing tasteless and flavour far from description.Experimented with a slice of carrot cake - was dry to the point of breaking into bread crumbs,need to send a sample to a forensic lab to detect carrot traces and surprisingly the slice that was in a chilled display was served warm ! Did they microwave it to inject life into it ? Coffees are okay okayish and so are their breads. No more pastry and coffee for me over there till their management gets their f n b act together. Glenarys Shivmandir,please take this as constructive critique if you are reading reviews as you are a good brand to reckon with otherwise.

Very bad response and service..on the cake they didn't even write Happy birthday..charged me for candles but didn't send any candles..extremely disappointed

The cheesecakes are delectable and I love their baked sweet goods, the savoury items are not the ones to go gaga over . It's just fine but the cheesecakes are pretty good

Long ago glenary's provide quality product along with reasonable price but now a days they increase their product price may be due to lockdown effect, but the bad thing is they did not match that previous type quality product that one could expect, hope again glenary's will be back😍

Glenary's Darjeeling has been a very important part of my childhood and now having it near me makes me feel home! The food is amazing ! The dessert is amazing! JUST AMAZING! I hope they introduce their wonderful lemon tarts in this branch...they are a delight!

Very good place for quick bites and lovely coffee. Only if there would be a sitting place here. Otherwise food is great
