I went to Counter for giving an order but the owner/cash counter person is behaving rudely and carried heated conversation. He cancelled my order and returned my money. I understood that, though this brand image is good in market as they provide tasty and quality food but kindly ask them to show some manners also as many competitors are there in market who provide food with respect.

Zafran Biriyani Hut is a mughlai cuisine restaurant serving wide variety of foods. I had their mutton biriyani, naan, chicken bharta and kadhai chicken. Biriyani is not upto the mark. It seems they use dalda and the mutton pieces get harder with time. Mutton was full of bones and the essence of Gulab jal and kewra was over-the-top. Rest was delicious, I won't lie. Sitting area is a bit congested. Behaviour of the staffs is good. But the owner, my god! Full of rudeness and attitude.

Most wrost Biriyani ever i eat.....Biriyani rice so hard and mutton also not cooked properly. the shop owner behavior was very bad. He pretend like customer take free food from his shop.

Brought chicken biryani and chicken kosha from this place. As I am a vegetarian, can't tell you about the taste. Since I saw my sister eating. I can definitely tell you that it tasted pretty good.

I ordered rolls and it tasted quite good, specially the bread. But, I had an issue related to hygiene. As my food was being prepared the manager went on to dust the exhaust ceiling fan infront of the kitchen, and the dust may have settled on my food. This is the basic decency and hospitality a restaurant must show to a customer. Pathetic sense of hospitality.

I would request everyone to stay away from this restaurant, the owner is very rude to customers and thinks very highly of himself, I don't know what gives him the privilege to shout at others just for asking what's on the menu or why it's not available, I've closely monitored this situation for half a year and there have been no improvements on the guy's behaviour. Had been visiting this location for a long time prior 2021 and also found no valid reason on why the food's price is going up but the quality has become worse than before, when the question gets raised the owner becomes agressive and yells to get out of his restaurant. Earlier the restaurant used to serve at least edible and not raw food but now last week when I purchased a biryani packet I found a small strand of hair along with half cooked mutton and that is not the only bad thing, the rice was also very hard to eat with teeth it wasn't properly boiled. If anyone is coming here in search of food then I advise them to stay away because there are other places just near this restaurant which are serving good and edible meals and the owners of those locations do not mentally harass their customers at every point.

When it was new the quality and quantity was good. It tastes very nice. But now it's famous Everyone knows the name but other things taste quality quantity all gone.

I had a lot of tasty biriyanis in Siliguri and this wasn't one of them. Ordered the mutton biriyani to-go. Rice was extremely dry and lacked flavor. The mutton piece had no meat and all bones. It was a bit on the sweeter side, definitely not what you would expect from a place which is always crowded. Not worth the money and a lot of scope for improvement.

Overall quality has drastically dropped, my last experience of having biryani was not so good, rotten smell from potatoes, chicken pieces are smaller than other luxury restaurants out side comparing to the price. Don't know what happened to this restaurant 1-2 yrs above experience was so good for me, don't know why the quality of the food is so badly dropped.

I'v given a 3 star because of the owner. The owner need to be a little polite with the customer. Otherwise the food & the service deserves a better rating.

Tried Zafran special cheese chicken roll and chicken roll which is a must try. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for good rolls.

Zafran biryani hut, this restaurant is situated at Hakimpara, siliguri. They offered biryani, rolls, tandoori,kebab, Chinese. The taste of the biryani is not good or upto the mark. Kebab items are good and tasty. There are option of dine-in and also home delivery.

Zafran Biriyani hut remains one of the most popular and most affordable places to get good mughlai fare. Their biriyani quality is still great, as is the rest of their fare. 8/10, definitely recommended

One of the best restaurant in our locality. 1 Chicken Roll is enough for your dinner. On Navami day we had chicken biriyani for lunch(take away) and butter Nun chicken Tikka mashala for dinner(dine-in), both of them were really delicious.

Their mutton biryani is really good. When I tried, the mutton was tender and the rice was fluffy and which was delicious. Must try, but I won't recommend you to try it on Durga Puja or any other occasions, and especially when there is too much rush and crowds, because this time tastes may vary. Also their mutton do pyaja with butter nun is a must try.

Only if they have served 2 3 pieces of onion and cumcumber, it would've been a wholesome. Taste is good. Biryani I am talking about.

Few years back the Biryani wasn't that good but now I would say it's awesome I often order Chicken Biryani and Chicken chap both items are delicious. The chicken roll is good too.
