Near Domino's in City centre. Quite a nice place for snacks and tea. Visited first time and I'm happy with the food here. I'm not a fan of having tea outside but still I loved tea here the most and also the veg patties. This place is not so expensive and can easily have a good time there with friends and family. Overall I suggest you to visit the place. You'll not be disappointed.

There are total of four tea junction outlet in city centre. Out of the four this one near the exit near Domino's Pizza has the biggest sitting capacity.. It is mostly crowded but well managed by the staffs.. The staffs are highly efficient and helpful.. Good place for quick bite and tea ...

There are many outlets present just only in City Centre. Taste of snacks are average but tea is quite good. Price are little bit higher. Staffs are always ready to handle a good crowd with a nice behaviour. You can time spend here with friends and families. Thank you.

Very disappointing. Very poor service... I really don't understand the ladies who work there , why the heck they are so aggressive, offended and don't know how to talk. I mean you have opened up the restaurant then you should provide good customer service for the business to be run ... I am not even talking about the excellent service but just a bit of politeness. My goodness , this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to . I really don't understand the ladies attitude towards the customer. If you don't want a single customer then just shut it. Each and every single customer sitting out there was having trouble with their order and the way they speak so harshly I mean , we are not eating for free first of all. We are paying it so at least if you can't provide vip treatment then how about a bit of Politeness . And they are so much into their phones watching movies in a loud voice , so irritating, how the heck they will give our order on time. I really hate that place of the staff and their behaviour towards the customer. Food and tea was okay. Prices is also reasonable. But I can't understand whichever you place an order for the tea ,they make the same flavour. So confusing!! But my humble request to the management please look into this atleast teach your staff about hospitality or atleast be polite . Nothing much to say.. I won't recommend people to go over there ! Thanks

The shop should display only the items available. The Ginger chai was simply undrinkable no hint of ginger whatsoever.।।। Rs 50/-down the gutter. Boys you can do better !!

Not good. I had requested for a paper cup and they denied for regular tea. So i had to discard my tea. Ginger tea was also not tasting good. Very dissapointed and waste of money.

I had lichee iced tea but it was too normal! Also I had Oreo muffin which was warm and much tasty then tea.According to my experience - quality of the items are ok but bad according to the price that we have to pay!I paid RS 69 for Iced tea lichee but the quality was too cheap! Also the uniform of staffs were too old- color were totally faded which were looking pitiful and disgusting.Also their sitting arrangements were too narrow and uncomfortable!

They burn the milk in the tea, thinking that cinnamon can mask the aroma of burnt milk.

Decent place where you can spend time with your family and friends. You can find different types of sandwiches, tea, cakes,biscuits etc.

Difficult to find a seat on a crowded weekend, its charm is miniscule within the sprawling ambience of the mall. No hurrying, no reminders, no napping here. A moderate wait of 15 minutes and then the call reminding that tea and pastries are server. Watch the strollers move about and sip the tea from the terra cota container. Move on then.

Nice place to hang out and have a cup of tea and snacks. Bubble ice tea range is a must try. Highly recommend blueberry ice tea with strawberry boba.

They serve expired products and when we aks them politley to change it they say to submit feedback because they are not allowed to change it. Very very bad policy. It should be banned completely

Tried Green Apple Lemonade. It was good. But, it would have been much more better if the flavour of Green Apple was more since, I could only taste lemonade in my drink.
