So there is a saying in Hindi -" Ucchi dukaan, feeka pakwaan". It suits this place well. Ordered a pineapple pastry and red velvet cup cake. So to my utter surprise they were hot. Yes they microwaved them both. Couldn't even finish it. And secondly taste is sub standard, it's sugar lacking basic flavours. 0/5 stars.

I can't get over the ambiance of this place. You can definitely sit here for hours with your gang and munch on some good food. The best part about this place is the variety of imported chocolates. Plus they sell customised cakes.

Bakery products are par excellence from every aspect. Inspite of being a big name, they give a personal touch to your orders and maintain standards of quality inspite of keeping keeping prices nominal.

They never fail to disappoint on the quality of the cake and the designs. Delivery on point. 4 stars so that they can tone down the colours a little on the cake

The place is a welcome break from the glum of the surroundings. As i was interacting with the native people i realised that this place has quite a history and the shop has been around for about half a century now. The renovated look is to keep pace with changing times. The place has had lots of variety in terms of cakes, donuts,muffins,breads and other off the shelf processed items. I just wish the staff would be more prompt and little attentive to the needs of the customer. I guess this is where business owners need to take a leaf out of the Marwari community's book

Yummy place, people there always nice and helpful, and the cakes are just wonderful. Easy street parking, don’t have to walk far.

Very sweet and well organised bakery with cafe in Bagdogora. I would recommend the viewer to try it out if you want to taste homely bakery and want a pocket pinch cafe.

Got plum cake. It is loaded with cheap chemicals. Essence preservatives etc. You can't have even one piece. It makes you unsettled. Edit. Got a fruit cake on 22 Dec 22. The quality has not improved. The cake has not been fully baked. The good ambience is not reciprocated in the quality. Also the volume of sales doesn't justify the quality.

Some Items are very Renowned but they also sell stale breads, with Cheese on Top. Also complained regarding the same issue but instead of keeping up their reputation they blamed their staffs . Very easy to blame but hard for owners.

Please don't visit, it's a waste of money. They provide old foods, some are expired and some are rotten in a good looking warm manner, which you won't even understand until you taste it. I had a personal experience with a panner wrap, and in that visit i saw more 2 customers complaining the same and asking for refund.

The place was nice to Hangout but the confectionery was not upto the mark. Being a bakery they had okayish cakes but good noodles,wings, pizza.

Very cheap quality food. I've ordered 1 vanilla shake & dead chocolate shake in vanilla shake it was just milk & sugar & in dead chocolate shake, very less amount of chocolate in it. They are good in display only in case of food they have no standard. I also ordered one choco muffin. The muffin was microwaved & served me. Successful wasted 348 rupees 🥹.

Paid a goodwill visit recently as this was our favorite place to pick up good bakery products way back in 1996 ! Visited last in 2018... The place needs to improve upon its products to keep up with the times, as chicken roll was limp and oily, veg cutlet was very ordinary and the bread and vanilla cake both were dry and chewy... Please improve as we still love to visit Dipti's anytime we land at Bagdogra.

I visited so often..I don't know what other people feels..Bt for me it's very good and affordable place for a cup of coffee and spent some time with your friends and family.. Very soothing ambience and cool .. I think it's only one shop in bagdogra and it is good really good
