Detailed Review. - Staff is illiterate & Rude -Online Reviews on are Fake & Manipulated by this hotel, as this doesn't deserve even 1 star. - Shady Hotel & not recommended for Bachelors/ Family/ Couple travelers(Don't at all Risk, you would get better options in comparatively lower cost in Siliguri) - They Don't accept UPI payments & would force you to pay in cash(Hope you know the reason) - No restaurant/kitchen available at hotel - Rooms are painted like Kids rooms/ kids Disco -Location of hotel is at substandard/cheap locality Not recommended for Tourists/Traveller at all, probably only Locals can use it. Go for other better options at Bagdogra/Siliguri and don't risk your stay here.

Its a was nice stay and behaviour of staff dot let me pull down my expectations. After coming back to my home town after 2 yrs i really like their hospitality and as well their foods. Anyone traveling to bagdogra i highly recommend this hotel to stay and also if you are missing Bengali foods being a NRI must try their foods.

Apart from very well maintained hotel rooms, the owner of the hotel is a very warm and helpful human being. It appears that a lot of thought has been given while providing amenities in the hotel rooms. I would recommend 10/10 times a person desiring to stay near Bagdogra airport should stay at this hotel. The owner also arranged cabs for outstation / local sight-seeing at very reasonable rates, cheaper than what other operators were asking.

I have bad experience forever about this hotel rooms are good but the services are not well decorated and manager behaved very rough don't visit this hotel I feel so bad 😞😞😞

Rooms are very nice. But they do not provide ac remote in the rooms. Ac's are operated remotely. You cannot control the ac. They are always on air mode. No cooling. Parking also not there. Street parking.

Worst stay ever. The manager will first act very cool, and say you can party and when you will party with your friends he will come and poke in between. To gain business he will first say that this is a couplee friendly hotel and when you friends want to stay with you, he will start judging you and warning you regarding police which is very rude and abnoxious. The lady in the reception is very rude and doesn't know how to talk. And it doesn't end here, the owner of the hotel will come and ask you to keep your gate opened even if your brothers and sisters are coming to see you and shouts in front of everybody as if you belong to a bad group. Other staffs are very ill-mannered , they will knock in formality and then directly open the door. The food is worst. The service is worst. Rooms are okay. The owner will judge you everytime. After giving money and staying like this will make you feel cheap because that's what the people of this hotel will think of you. Chargess are very high . Doesn't know customer service at all. I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel. This was the worst place ever. My sister stayed here and everything was cool because she is a doctor and after she did her check-out, I stayed in the room ,since I am corporate employee, the manager started behaving very rude and even if my brothers and sisters came to see me , he knocked on my door and asked me to keep the door opened which is very disgusting. we had a word with him stating , we belong from a nice family and my brothers and sisters ,they will come to see my for few minutes everyday, but he warned us regarding police and etc which was very very disgusting again. And the lady in the reception is the worst, I don't have word for her. She is the worst!!!! Don't come to this hotel!!!! I will never ever ever come to a place where they can't give basic respect and doesn't know how to deal with their customers!!!!

Big clean comfortable room. Very conveniently located... airport, station, busstop all close by. Very cordial stuff. Manager always smiles.

Rooms were clean and neat. Very much near to Bagdodra Airport. The location where Hotel is located is not so good.

Rooms were ok. But they loot money. Breakfast is not complementary but for 2 bread omlette i was asked to pay 250 rupees. Very cheap behaviour. Better to look for some other good rooms.

Rooms n services are good. Manager also has a decent behavior. Nd of course there is a super cute labrador named Shimpu(this is only for #doglovers).. Overall had a commendable experience.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance was delightful, and the room was both comfortable and elegant. Stayed for 1 night. Room condition were good but shower were missing from bathroom and the toilet part was pathetic jet were useless, toilet flapper were not fixed and TV was not working best part is staff will not miss out to disturb you at mid night and might call you at 9 O clock for check out as we knew 11 was the checkout time.

Well maintained. Best for corporate stay and frequent flyers (they even have shoe shiners and shoe brush in their rooms). Spacious bathroom with geyser. Close to bagdogra airport... helpful staff and polite manager and helpdesk. The food is great.

I liked it from the start. I stayed for 7 days. Their manager is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Their other staffs also very polite and professional. Plus point being its closer to airport I liked Their cleanliness and promptness on anything told or asked of them. I would recommend this place who wants a nice clean place with friendly staffs. Thank you for amazing experience. Shall visit soon.

Room was clean as for my stay and the location is good for those who wants to stay near Bagdogra Airport.

Very bad hospitality and rude behavior. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We booked rooms because it was near to the airport. At the middle of our stay, the owner said there was no booking on our name and he bought our luggages to the exit without asking us.

Very neat hotel , we usually don't stay in OYO hotels but we have flight in morning and this hotel is near from Airport and it was about one night so stayed here , nice staff helpful not bad at all , if you are looking in low budget then you can opt for this hotel for sure , it is not like 5 star hotel but all the requirements can be fulfilled in lesser amount 😊
