Worst experience. Don't come to visit doctors here if you are in severe condition & don't have much time because the waiting period for every little thing will consume your whole day, as they says every patients to do all test which their clinic has, no matter how ill you are, just to make more money plus this doesn't end here, they take so much time that you can't even imagine, just keep in mind that you won't be able to return home if you are from far. So, make sure to book your hotel room before entering this clinic & yeah last thing do carry your breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Booked an appointment for 12 and doctor didn't shown up until 3 also, had to leave without seeing him so no idea what time he arrived if at all. I understand doctors are busy but this lack of respect for other people's time, especially ailing people is disgusting. Taking out one day out of our busy schedules to get a checkup is a waste like this if they waste an entire day by making us wait. Even if the doctor arriveiat 4, to finish consulting this entire room full of people would take atleast 2more hours. So inconvenient.

My uncle is a diabetic for last 10 yrs . We have seen so many doctors but his Blood sugar was never controlled . Many people suggested to see senior Endocrinologist Dr Arundhati Dasgupta . But because of distance we could not come all these years . Surprisingly , within 2 check up with Dr Arundhati Dasgupta my uncle s Sugar level has come down to normal . Its like a miracle for all of us in the family . My uncle started feeling much better . If we would have come to her earlier all the complications because of high blood sugar could habe been avoided . Thanks to the entire team of Rudraksh 🙏🙏🙏

The lab test reports are pathetic U will come here with no or controllable diabetes but will leave the place being high diabetic. They will make u do tests around 3- 5 k whithout any reason.... Actually total waste of money Please find a good clinic.

My health is very good after...visit dr. Arundhati Dasgupta madam and Joydeep Dey Sir . They are very good doctor and staff are also good. My blood sugar was 400 before 1 month , now it's a miracle that my blood level is 116 within 1 month of treatment. Thank you Madam and Team Rudraksh for so much of care . Also thank you Dr Joydeep Dey sir for steady recovery of stroke . If I could have known about Madam and treatedm diabetes here , my brain stroke and paralysis could have been prevented.,🙏

Doctor Arundhati the endocrinologist there , is very unprofessional, I went there as I am a patient with pituitary tumor and I have had a brain surgery and I have been on medication which she asked me to change and I agreed but I forgot the term she used to explain why this medicine is better and so I asked her. Due to my medical condition I tend to forget things and when I asked on their whatsapp number about the medicine she got upset and asked me not to take if I am not convinced . I said it was not that but wanted to just know the difference and now they are so professional that they have Blocked me . Anyways I wouldn't recommend this place because the clinic is dingy and dirty the toilets need major renovation and also for an 8am cortisol blood work they ask you to come at 8 and the receptionist shows up past 8:30 , long line and then they get upset and take the blood only after 8:40 side ( the test is supposed to be done at 8!!! So don't waste your time going there unless you want to meet such rude staffs and doctors . Don't waste your time ! (The below is reply to their response ) To everyone who's planning to visit this clinic Please look at the pictures I have screenshotted my supposedly disrespectful language and I request you to read it and see for your self how much disrespectful I have been .After looking at the screenshots you will understand how much lies and unprofessional behaviors and shamelessly lying about a patient this doctor and her staff in this so called dingy super specialty care clinic can stoop to . My advice to all future patients if you have no choice but to visit this clinic avoid Dr Arundhati who from this conversation you will all see is an unreasonable ego maniac and such doctors in my experience tend to be very unreliable and unsafe for sick patients like us . I reason o raised the question to the receptionist was because the blood test I needed to do is called the 8am cortisol test . The name tells you the time the test must be done . I was asked to come at 7:30am to the clinic which I did and many other patients had been told to come but the first clinic staff only showed up at 8:30am and took our blood sample. I have done this test multiple times because of my sickness in many other hospitals and they always did this test at 8am plus minus few minutes. This clearly shows how unprofessional this clinic is !!! If you value your life and time all I can say or advice is please be careful . I will obviously never ever step into that dingy dirty building ever again !! And by the way I went to her only one more time to ask not several times to ask the question !

My wife has been suffering from Migraine for last several years . Initially I have seen so many doctors in Siliguri and also in Chennai and bengalore . But there was no relief . Finally , after meeting Neurologist Joydeep Sir , my wife is a happy person today . Her headache is almost gone . She is under his treatment for last 2 yrs . He os very supportive and excellent behaviour . As we have some financial problem , this time he has also considered us in various ways , including proving medicines free pf cost . He is God for us . I strongly recommend all of those who suffer from headache or any other neurological problem to see him once and you will realise by yourself . I hope they change the air conditioner or add more. The three ac's and fans barely cools the room. Also your pathologist is inefficient, slow and lacks practice. If not for dr.arundhati I would not come to this place.

In spite of coming in the morning and getting my test reports done by 2.30pm I was still not called till 4. 45.(and my consultation took barely one minute) whereas patients who came much later were allowed inside the doctors chamber. I had requested the doctor for an early timing owing to which my reports were done on time but somehow my file was placed under many others and the delay was made on purpose. People like us who come from far off, in the hope of curing ourselves face sheer torture. Also, no matter what you come to get checked tests are mandatory. I vow NEVER to come to this place again.
