Our tour was planned by Sikkim tourism and Raj was our tour manager. Overall our tour was not bad. Raj was very helpful. We had few challenges in stay, itinerary and hotels, but Raj managed and ensured we don’t face any issue. The disappointment was in our Darjeeling itinerary as most of the place was closed on the day of tour. Pelling we went via ravangla from Gangtok and roads are very bad, it should have not been suggested at all. And in Pelling the hotel was not so great, too much of insects and no proper water pressure. Gangtok it was all great. We visited Gangtok(4.5/5), Pelling (3/5) Darjeeling (3/5) as we missed to see 3 points as it was holiday. Hotels were good in Gangtok and Darjeeling. I’m Suggestions- Prior information to clients that the vehicle will not be avail for whole day. And on holidays notification, so that client can plan. First of all Thank you to both Pravat and Dharmendra for arranging such a beautiful trip for us in Sikkim beyond our expectations. I will give a detailed review for everyone who wish to travel to Sikkim through Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism. Pre trip: I wanted to do a big trip and specially with snow as my other friends had never seen snow before. The regular snow regions are shimla manali or kashmir. We definitely wanted to explore something new so we came to this north east plan. As earlier I have always made my own iterneries and road trips i had never done package tours as i drive by myself from Mumbai to north. Also i always trusted big travel companies likes kesari vena over anything else. Finally after exploring and googling I met this guy Pravat and Dharmendra from Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism. They were so patient and professional to understand all my needs and concerns. I had 3 other vendors but i chose them for the very reason that they gave me such a great iternery at the lowest cost compared to anyone in the market. Secondly i checked the flight tickets as i was doing last moment bookings which costed 18 to 20k both ways. Pravat gave me a superb discount of 3k and a direct flight option. I was so dam happy. Third I chose these guys because they are based out of Sikkim and gangtok and others were arranging from Mumbai so any issues i could have contacted them. Finally i booked through them. Actual Trip: Pravat and Dharmendra are so decent and patient to help you in each and every stage of your trip. They both managed all my flight booking including webcheckin and arranging our boarding pass & seats by waiting late night. Finally we arrived & Pravat himself came to welcome us and see that we are properly seated in the car and our luggages were managed properly. The trip started we reached hotel safely. The driver (Arpan) was so friendly and decent that we kept bothering him with so many questions on the first day itself about sikkim or overall places. Thats where our trust builded more. The very next day were sad to hear that our first point Nathula pass cant be covered as there was extreme heavy snow. So they said we will give you sightseeing in replacement. We thought they might be lying or just wanted to ignore those snow point but the same day we saw the news that 1200 people were stucked in the same place with heavy snowfall with no food or stay. Army had to rescue them. So we believed them and prayed that these guys saved our lives. They gave us alternative superb Gangtok sightseeing which was equally nice and important to visit. So your day is not wasted. Happy and thanks again. We were unhappy as we had missed the snow but then when next day we travelled to Lachen Lachung. Beautiful place awesome views and great hotel stays were provided. Finally we got our snowfall in Lachen which was superb. Then comes Lachung where we never expected snow but finally it snowed so heavy that we got stucked on the roads. The best part comes here both Pravat Dharmendra were continuously caring and worring for us to get us back safely in either Gangtok or a new hotel for our safety. Thats professionalism i appreciate it. Our driver was super expert and he managed to help us get out and escape from the extreme snow with great driving skills. The cordination between all the drivers and Pravat Dharmendra was best. Finally we enjoyed our snow then escaped from there to enjoy the remaining trip. All the hotels were superb 3 stars in such a great budget which if i would have booked would have costed me double. Every day all my iternery was covered. Overall Rating: I would definitely and extremely recommend Pravat and Dharmendra (Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism) for all your requirements bookings travel transfer stay for sikkim trip. They are best people to offer you the best services. Professional drivers with strict and discipline rule followers no overtaking no honking and important patient people is the best part of Sikkim Tourism. My colleague, who is resident of the Siliguri, suggested the Travels. When i approached Mr. Pravat Jha, he suggested me to plan my trip after 5 June 2022. He was frank and understand the overcrowded tourist season problems. However, I could not postpone my trip due to my daughter’s academic calendar. He enquired few vitals details and proposed the tour which was meeting my requirements. He designed the entire itinerary to suit my requirements. He managed to accommodate my specific requirements. Hotel locations and transportation are excellent. Always he was available on call. He is make use of the technology – once payment was done he create the WhatsApp group for better communication. The trip covered Sikkim and Darjeeling. Mr. Pravat Jha has very good idea about the places of interest, travel time, cost, weather conditions, local customs, difficulties and restaurants / food etc. he has excellent network and his associates are also quite capable and trust worthy. I felt secured even though I was travelling in the remote locations. Mr. Pravat Jha gave me trip details – places of visit and hotels well in advance. He also gave enough room for my interest. Really it is difficult to coordinate in this difficult peak season. He took time to meet me in person up on my arrival to Bagdora airport. He suggested me the good vegetarian restaurant and every day evening he took feed back related to hotel accommodation, places, weather and transportation etc. he used to suggest me politely – which helped me a lot. This 6 nights and 7 days guided tour made me relax with his constant assurance. He asked the required documents well in advanced and got required permits in time. He will do everything to make tour memorable, except fixing the weather for You 😊 of course he will advise the weather conditions and how make use of it in better way. Dada make it point to meet me and family Again on return journey to the Bagdora in spite of his busy schedule(which is really nice gesture) . He gave nice gift us assorted tea from various locations. Entire trip is value for the money. I suggest who want to make use of the time in relaxed way and enjoy the nature. This trip will be memorable trip and we will cherish for the rest of the life – thanks to Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism and especially Mr. Jha.

Recently booked my Darjeeling trip with Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism for 6 nights and 7 days. The trip was well planned as they were well experienced in the Darjeeling route. They included Kalimpong+Lamahatta+Darjeeling in the itinerary. The Hotels provided was good. The car and driver was good. Driver was well versed of the routes and local area. He helped in all possible ways. Aditya from the team was all the time in touch and kept an update of tour progress.Over all expereince was good. Will surely recommened Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism for your holidays plans. They have scope to work on there pricing though.

The whole tour experience in Sikkim was great. We had taken 7 days and 6 nights package covering some places in Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. Cab service was good with skilled drivers. Travel consultant was easy to contact and was very responsible who contacted us every evening to make sure we were comfortable and not having any issues. We were given day-wise itinerary which was well planned but a few more important places in local area could have been covered. The hotels in which we stayed were neatly maintained and the staff was very polite and courteous. We were provided with sumptuous, delicious breakfast and lunch. As we went during winter, we had to shell out an extra amount for the room heaters. On the whole it was a memorable experience. Special thanks to Arman-holiday consultant, hotel managers and staff and most importantly the cab drivers who drove us safely through those narrow serpentine roads. Keep up the good work.

“Sikkim Darjeeling Tourism” is definitely recommended by me for your stay and travel experience! We were 4 friends visiting and were offered a great deal and the package of 5nights 6days was apt to whatever it was mentioned in the itinerary. Pravat Jha, a humble and kind hearted person referred by a dear friend of mine who is a native, looked into all aspects be it the pick-up from airport, the stays at various places, the travel and the airport drop as well which were all well planned in advance and had alternate plans in hand if there were any unavoidable circumstances too. Wonderful tour operators based out of Siliguri. The team of SikkimDarjeelingTourism(SDT) is fabulus. On time services and smooth travelling experience was their speciality. Mr. Amit Jha was always available on call whenever we needed him. There were few bumps in this smooth journey, but all were taken care by Amit ji. A suggestion to all the tourists planning to book a tour package through SDT :- Make sure you have room heaters added in your hotel stays. Because surprisingly room heaters were not part of the package. Plan your trip well, because most of the tourist points in Gangtok are dicey and permits are provided only if roads are safe for travel. So make aure your have a backup plan figured out with the operators. Again, really appreciate the wonderful work SDT is doing by providing budget vacation plans and really good service. Visited North Sikkim and Namchi in April. The complete visit was well planned and arrangement was up to the mark. Mr. Jha and team was quite helpful and informative throughout the trip.😀 The stay in Lachen and Lachung could have been better. I personally felt the trip was a bit pricey 🤪

We recently booked our Sikkim and Darjeeling package with Sikkim & Darjeeling Tourism. It was a great experience there. Starting with the Stays, they were quite good, the rooms were good and spacious. The Hotels were very nice and also the breakfast and dinner provided was tasty. The Drivers were very adjusting except one who was literally very irritating. Overall it was very nice package at reasonable rates and the people were very co-ordinating.
