We
have
booked
7
days
trip
to
Gangtok,
Pelling
and
Darjeeling.
Hotel
at
gangtok
is
really
good
and
has
all
the
facilities.
Cab
provided
by
make
my
holiday
came
on
time
and
covered
most
of
the
itenary
places.
Things
changed
from
there
after.
Gangtok
to
Pelling
journey
is
terrible.
Cab
has
very
bad
suspension
and
roads
are
also
not
smooth.
It
would
have
a
better
experience
if
make
my
holiday
team
suggested
about
different
vehicle
options
but
they
are
not
passionate
about
providing
best
customer
experience.
The
whole
day
journey
made
us
sick
and
we
cancelled
the
next
one
day
itenary
in
pelling
as
we
are
unwell.
Hotel
in
pelling
has
issues
with
power.
Both
hot
water
and
room
heater
stops
multiple
times
and
there
is
no
one
in
reception
at
night
to
support.
The
next
day
morning
they
managed
to
arrange
hot
water
in
buckets
but
no
one
cares
in
night.
Unfortunately
it's
a
same
vehicle
to
go
to
darjeeling
next
day.
Again
the
car
has
suspension
issues
and
moving
to
darjeeling
also
terrible
experience.
Once
we
reached
Darjeeling,
hotel
is
even
bad.
It's
not
at
all
a
3
star
hotel
which
we
paid
for.
It's
been
confirmed
by
reception
managers
also
that
it's
a
normal
hotel
or
a
one
star
hotel.
No
maintenance
of
building,
hot
water
is
not
available
(geaser
not
working),
kettle
is
dirty
and
not
working.
Bed
is
too
small.
By
now
we
feel
like
"you
pay
money
and
fight
for
basic
amenities
at
hotels".
We
reached
out
to
Shovan
from
make
my
holiday
and
explained
all
the
problems
with
vehicle
suspension
and
hotel
issues.
He
didn't
even
listened
our
problems.
At
times
he
spoke
very
angry
and
shouting.
No
minimum
customer
etiquette.
Very
much
disappointed
with
make
my
holiday.
Probably
we
will
never
book
any
other
trip
in
future.
Only
first
2
days
went
well
in
whole
trip.
One
suggestion
for
people
is
to
get
only
Swift
Dzire
car
for
whole
trip
instead
of
wagoner
or
similar
models
by
make
my
holiday.
Be
careful
of
hotels
they
book.
In
itenary
while
paying
advance
amount
they
show
one
list
of
hotels
and
few
days
before
of
journey
they
book
other
hotels
saying
they
called
you
but
not
reachable
so
they
booked
another
hotels
due
to
non
sense
reasons.
They
didn't
refund
money
even
if
you
cancel
one
day
sight
seeing
or
the
hotel
they
booked
is
pathetic.
