Tour package is reasonable . Provided driver is cooperative. Hotel provided in gangtok was awesome. Hotel arranged in darjeling is not Good. Experience in darjeling trip is not good

Name should be RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY We were 18 people had trusted this agency, but suffered a lot tour manager will change your itinerary without even informing you, he is just blocking hotels for you but not paying anything to hotel for conformation so Ultimately you have to compromise with old and bad hotels without any facilities or location ( we have paid premium for that particular place ). Even didn't provide hot water for bathing in chilling 4 degrees. Also one of our cab was broken 10 times on hills, it was really scary. Simply don't trust this liers, there are many agencies go with them .

The trip was well organized by Make My Holiday and we covered almost everything with a 6days 5nights trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok. We had decent hotel rooms with mountain views in both places. The hotel foods and views from the room were amazing. The contact person was Shubham he is very professional, He always available on the call, he calls from time to time to know if we have covered everything or not, how was the day, did we visit the local market or not which is famous in that place. In the cab he provided, All cab drivers were very friendly and they knew the area very well. So, for me, the experience was amazing, and if ever I will plan to visit the northeast side or any place where he provides his services, I would like to plan with him. Thank you, Make My Holiday, for this wonderful experience. Due to traffic, I missed my flight so the only suggestion is, it is always recommended to leave Gangtok before 9hr+ of your scheduled flight time if your flight is from Bagdogra Airport.

Recently booked travel to Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling with this agency. Had wonderful experience in Gangtok and Pelling, but in Darjeeling they were below average. The driver, cars and hotel in Gangtok and Pelling was very nice. But in Darjeeling the car they provided was smelly and dirty. Driver too was in hurry for the sightseeing as he had to go his home. Then the worst part was our drop to Airport back home. As already I got the instinct that the driver in Darjeeling would not be coming to pick us up in the morning at 4 , I reminded him and the travel agent several times a day before. On the D day, I was continuously calling both of them for 2 hrs but none of them responded(once travel agency answered and then no confirmation). I would have surely given 5 star for there tour guide in Gangtok and Pelling. But due to Darjeeling, this came down to 3. Even though they arranged the cab after 2 hrs, it was quite neck to neck timings with my flight. Since none of them were responding, I have to book different cab and then pay them and apologized after they arranged the cab after 2 hrs. Suggestion to Travel agent- Respect the time of both customer and yours and try to respond on time as the situation would not be same as you think Suggestion to People booking them - Do Not pay the full price untill u get down to the Airport/Railway Station. Save some amount so you don't have to go to the situation I faced.

We have booked 7 days trip to Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. Hotel at gangtok is really good and has all the facilities. Cab provided by make my holiday came on time and covered most of the itenary places. Things changed from there after. Gangtok to Pelling journey is terrible. Cab has very bad suspension and roads are also not smooth. It would have a better experience if make my holiday team suggested about different vehicle options but they are not passionate about providing best customer experience. The whole day journey made us sick and we cancelled the next one day itenary in pelling as we are unwell. Hotel in pelling has issues with power. Both hot water and room heater stops multiple times and there is no one in reception at night to support. The next day morning they managed to arrange hot water in buckets but no one cares in night. Unfortunately it's a same vehicle to go to darjeeling next day. Again the car has suspension issues and moving to darjeeling also terrible experience. Once we reached Darjeeling, hotel is even bad. It's not at all a 3 star hotel which we paid for. It's been confirmed by reception managers also that it's a normal hotel or a one star hotel. No maintenance of building, hot water is not available (geaser not working), kettle is dirty and not working. Bed is too small. By now we feel like "you pay money and fight for basic amenities at hotels". We reached out to Shovan from make my holiday and explained all the problems with vehicle suspension and hotel issues. He didn't even listened our problems. At times he spoke very angry and shouting. No minimum customer etiquette. Very much disappointed with make my holiday. Probably we will never book any other trip in future. Only first 2 days went well in whole trip. One suggestion for people is to get only Swift Dzire car for whole trip instead of wagoner or similar models by make my holiday. Be careful of hotels they book. In itenary while paying advance amount they show one list of hotels and few days before of journey they book other hotels saying they called you but not reachable so they booked another hotels due to non sense reasons. They didn't refund money even if you cancel one day sight seeing or the hotel they booked is pathetic.

Driver picked us from Bagdogra airport and we converted Darjeeling, Gangtok, Lachen, lachung, zero point and nathula. It was a great memorable trip for 8 days.
